They product has been good on all my visits. I just had a problem with the execution. They made some fritters for me and said it would be like 2 or 3 minutes. Maybe that was true, but after about 10 or 12 minutes, I finally went back to the counter and she tells me they have been sitting there. She just didn't see me. Well, maybe call out my name lol. Very chaotic here...the GM is NOT good under pressure, he gets mad and shows it in front of all the customers. He can be kind but the store better be empty first...I have seen and witness, I have also been a person but there have been others, who have been told to pull up to the window, wait for 15-20 minutes, us go inside because they forgot, and then not even give the correct meal, the GM hates that at this store...his name is Reece I think, and he's just short tempered but does not think it shows, but when you huff and puff, it shows...I'm sure you're just going through something in life, and I pray it get betters, but I hope you learn that you can't control certain things...life happens, but no need to get mad about it, just breathe because in the end, this is a place to get coffee and doughnuts, and it's truly nothing to stress over, even with angry customers all the time, still nothing to stress over!!

The staff is incredibly nice even when running breakfast and lunch rush with just two people. They're incredibly curtius and speedy all things considered. Very nice people and the food was nice :)

Amazing service! They were extremely busy with only 2 employees working but they were both HUSTLING. The grilled cheese panini was a surprisingly delicious throwback to a favorite childhood staple. Staff were extremely apologetic about our wait (which was honestly less than 5 mins anyway, no need to apologize!) We had a fantastic experience and we will be back again!! Thank you!!

Placed a mobile order for a couple doughnuts. It oughta be a NASCAR style pass at the window. Nope gotta sit there while the young man working the window finishes sending a message on his phone. Clearly this is his side hustle, because the phone was much more important. And is it really too difficult to put napkins in the bag? Cmon, you can do better.

Ordered an iced gingerbread latte with coconut milk today and received whatever peppermint bs they decided to whip up. The employee on the phone said it's made with peppermint and she made it correctly. The manager confirmed that she's correct. Clearly they're both not very informed on how to make the new holiday drinks. Practice makes perfect. Take your time and get it right.
