Ordered an iced gingerbread latte with coconut milk today and received whatever peppermint bs they decided to whip up. The employee on the phone said it's made with peppermint and she made it correctly. The manager confirmed that she's correct. Clearly they're both not very informed on how to make the new holiday drinks. Practice makes perfect. Take your time and get it right.

This location is the worst! Every single time we have gone there, our order is wrong or they are out of the item we order or the food we do get is cold and/or thrown together so sloppy, the sight of it makes you not want to eat it. Today I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and on one of them, they didn't put the sausage or egg, on another, there was a piece of some kind of black plastic or paint chip or something in the sandwich that was discovered because my boyfriend bit into it. I completely give up on Tim Hortons in Sylvania!

I got breakfast this morning my food was disgusting I couldn't even eat it. Hashbrown was rock hard cheese not melted. Overpriced and nasty wasted money and time. Will never go back . Do not recommend

Breakfast sandwiches are barely lukewarm. Cold slice of cheese won't even melt. Maple waffle sandwich was really bad. I wonder if the health dept should check their holding temps for food. Burger king croissants the best.

This location is the worst in the Toledo area.Every time I order a dark roast coffee, it's served to me cold. This location can't serve a hot, fresh cup of coffee. This has happened 3 times now, and nothing changes...I would gladly wait on a fresh pot. I hate cold coffee. Do better Tim Hortions!
