Stopped after a long day of taking care of a very sick family member at Flower hospital. Ordered 2 large chilis and 1 small. All were served 1/2 full. I was told that they were out of chilli and couldnât fill them properly. I poured the small into the 2 half full large Chilis and very politely asked for a refund on the small. Erica, the manager refused the refund. Refused to fill the chilli up properly and refused to substitute a different item. All while complaining and giving me a TERRIBLE attitude. I honestly thought at some point that she may climb over the counter and hit me. She is aggressive, dangerous and shouldnât have anything to do with management or customer service. Wendyâs on Monroe street, I know the job market is tough, however, she does not represent Dave Thomasâs ideas of old fashion values. Never again will I step into this establishment.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. This is not the first time itâs been an issue, but it will be the last time that we go there. We bought $30 worth of dinner and our burgers are ice cold. Not to mention, I donât eat fried food so I always like to order a baked potato which they never have and tonight the excuse was their ovens broke. Your restaurant fix your oven. They also didnât have any chili or side salads. And the manager was the one that bagged all of our food and served it to us ice cold. Save your money find a better Wendyâs.

The food was old. Wasn't very good at all. When I asked for some ranch. The worker went to hand it to me and dropped it before handing it to me. So I had to pick it up off the corner. Will never go here again
I ordered on the app. When I got there, I mentioned that I would like fresh fries since I pulled in, and it looked like they were slow. And to my surprise, they filled my request without hesitation.

I walked into this Wendyâs a simple man, craving a chicken sandwich and a fo-fo-fo, and I left with a new perspective on reality.
I used a coupon to get a sandwich for free, but when I got my order, the sandwich was missing from it. No big deal, just a quick fix at the counter. Enter Jennifer Gunn, the manager.
I explained the situation, and she proceeded to argue with me for a solid 2-3 minutes about how I had to âput it in if I wanted it.â HOW, Jennifer? Was I supposed to climb over the counter and start typing away? Whisper my order to the computer? I still donât know.
Eventually, the actual employee who took my order came over and admitted she messed up. Jennifer, realizing her reign of sandwich tyranny was over, rolled her eyes and walked away.
So, if you ever want to have an existential crisis over a chicken sandwich, this is the place for you.
