I walked into this Wendy’s a simple man, craving a chicken sandwich and a fo-fo-fo, and I left with a new perspective on reality.
I used a coupon to get a sandwich for free, but when I got my order, the sandwich was missing from it. No big deal, just a quick fix at the counter. Enter Jennifer Gunn, the manager.
I explained the situation, and she proceeded to argue with me for a solid 2-3 minutes about how I had to “put it in if I wanted it.” HOW, Jennifer? Was I supposed to climb over the counter and start typing away? Whisper my order to the computer? I still don’t know.
Eventually, the actual employee who took my order came over and admitted she messed up. Jennifer, realizing her reign of sandwich tyranny was over, rolled her eyes and walked away.
So, if you ever want to have an existential crisis over a chicken sandwich, this is the place for you.

The food has gotten extremely skimpy in the size of the burger was so small for what I had to pay! I will never be going to Wendy's again.

The burgers we had definitely hadn't just been taken off the flat top. They were lukewarm. I had to ask for fresh fries because the original fries on my tray were old and hard. They were quick to replace them and the customer service was wonderful. My husband said the chili was good and hot. There were workers that weren't working sitting in the dining room talking loudly about things making the atmosphere a little odd.

The bread on our sandwiches was stale and breaking apart, fries were not fresh, either. Was on lunch break and didn't have time to return.

This crew did a great job with our spicy chicken sandwiches And, especially our fries. Our food was HOT and yummy. Dining room was clean. We waited far a bit to place our order but once we got help, it was all fast. Great job!!
If you order more than 1 thing, they always get the order wrong. I have to go back all the time. But the food is fresh and good, unless you have to go back then by the time you get home your food is cold.

Went through drive thru for a quick lunch. I know the $5 biggie bag is just a cheap kinda meal. But damn!! It was terrible!! Not sure what the yellowish stuff was. But cheese it wasn't! Quarter size, overcooked nuggets. Yuck! At least the salted caramel frosty was decent. Will be awhile before I try this again!!

Great place for a quick stop when you travel. The chocolate Frosty is always amazing. So glad they still have the baked potato with chives and sour cream. Always clean and friendly. Never forget delicious.
First trip was great. Second trip my fries were only half full and frosties weren't frozen. I watched them pur the mix on the machine before dispensing ours. Third trip they lied that they don't serve cold cream coffee brew after 8pm.

Went through the drive thru, paid for nuggets to get home and not have nuggets. Asked for a plain sandwich, as easy as it gets, for there to be stuff on it anyway. Choose a different Wendy’s.
