Great place to see a concert eat some good food and have a few drinks

keeps canceling shows. make plans to go see a band and it gets canceled by the venue and replaced with karaoke.
So we ended up at Stan's as a stop on a AMVETS Riders Fun Run. Other than having to haul my fat butt up what seemed like 5 stories of stairs, it was awesome! Great decor, good background music, attractive and super efficient bartenders, and ice cold beverages. Outside is a huge beer garden and stage. I also heard there's an area where you can park a camper. I liked this place and will be back!

Ran down on a random Sunday for an adult beverage only to find out they serve fresh pork rinds! There's something to be said about a piping hot BBQ pork rind and a cold beer. The burgers look great, so we'll be heading back soon to give them a try. On a side note, this place is beautiful! Its like log cabin meets honky tonk. Lots of parking available.

The new addition of outdoor balcony seating is amazing and allows a full view of the live bands and overlooks all the fun that is going on.. 😀

Top notch addition to Thornville! Owner and his family make this place very welcoming! Food is delicious too! Will definitely return!
The food was absolutely amazing—I'm still thinking about it! And those poppers…wow. They were crispy, perfectly spiced, and stuffed with just the right amount of creamy goodness. Every bite was packed with flavor, and it was hard to stop at just one. If you’re looking for a spot with a great atmosphere and incredible food, Big Stan’s is it!
