Ironside Steakhouse is clearly the number one restaurant in greater Tiffin. Highly classy! Great food, outstanding service, exquisite ambience! Tiffany served us and she was super hospitable and exemplary efficient!
We dined at Ironwood a few days ago. We're not from the area. Fairly casual. Before we opened the door, a worker ran out and said someone would be right with us. The server was quite friendly, but was not as well trained as she could be. We asked which was better, the short ribs or halibut. Her answer: "I don't like ribs." I ordered a small salad. The person who delivered it set it down in the middle of the table and ran off. No acknowledgement or greeting...
Had a terrible experience with service. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time, but definitely the worst. Was part of a large group. We were told we couldn’t order off the menu and could only get the special - because our group was large and the person who made reservations specified that we would all order the special (burgers). Our reservation was for 6 pm. We ordered at 6:15 pm. We were served at 7:20 pm. The two other tables in our group had eaten and paid before we...
