“Tonight we were waited on by Tiffany. She was a great waitress until I asked that my rare steak be refired to medium like I had requested. She lost it and even went as far as to say she had waited on us previously and she knew I was asking so they would comp my meal like the last time. OMG! First of all our last waitress was Jamie. Secondly we have NEVER had our meal comped and I didn't ask for this one to be.( I just wanted a steak that i could eat) Third, who comps a $40 entree for for an undercooked steak just throw it back on the grill. I have my receipts and would love to bring them in to show proof that I have always paid for my meals. To insinuate such a thing was horrifying to me and my family. I appreciate that she made me feel like some scammer because I didn't want to eat a rare steak. She took my meal off the bill when I told her I would pay. I was done arguing so it is what it is. You may want to rethink allowing such behavior in the future. Picture is after the refire.“
