Ordered beef cheddar and potato cakes. The beef cheddar had so little meat mostly cheese and bread nasty. The potato cake must have been sitting on warmer all day they were discolored and hard very nasty not fresh. I paid $28. For my husband and my meal and did not get money worth so dissatisfied.

i work right down the road and i come here.. eh at least once a month- if that. today was awful i ordered my food and even rounded up- and my food was awful. 13.00 bucks for a meal that i didnt even eat- the sandwhich looked like it had been sitting for a few hours?? i got my lunch at 11- so not sure how that could be... thanks i guess?

This location is constantly understaffed. Service is slow and the food honestly isn't that great. Overheard the manager Samara ranting about having to fire someone for one reason or another. Won't be back to this location again. 0/5 stars.

My husband stopped on his lunch break . He waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to be greeted by an unpleasant server to finally receive an embarrassing $8.50 sandwich . Come on guys ....REALLY !

Where to even start !! Yuck 🤮 First impression was ok young girl that took our order was nice . Other than that everything else was horrible!!!! You walk in to see a guy with blue hair stuffing his face in the kitchen not washing his hands handling his phone and then going back to making orders . Then manager comes out of the bathroom with out washing her hands and starts making orders gross ! They got a phone call from an unhappy customer and was making fun of her while I was still standing there waiting on my food . Guy with the blue hair come back up to the front still hasn’t washed his hands and is now drinking a shake behind the registers . Nobody wore gloves or hairnets and my food tasted like it was fried in old oil ! Almost every booth was dirty and we were the only customers in there with 5 people working ! This place is discussing it’s sad because I usually love Arby’s . I will be going to corporate. This is how you get people sick I’m so upset !

Ordered the quarter pound smoked brisket told them I wanted a large meal got to window gave me a tiny drink .. said I ordered it large lady says that is ... it was maybee 160z drink ... then open my sandwich and had less meat on it than a single cheeseburger was the most skimpy meal I have gotten for over 16 bucks absolutely ridiculous
