Best brisket we've had in Ohio! Also loved the pulled pork, ribs, and ranch beans. Can't wait to go back and try the pulled pork nachos. One disappointment was the cobbler. Fruit, both peaches and apples, were not cooked all the way and the crust was very gummy. Since I lived in Texas for 10 years, I was so excited that they serve Shiner Bock and Lone Star beers! Will visit again!
They have great food, IF you ask for the trimmings off the brisket. Otherwise it's too dry. Got good flavor on everything though. I asked for thr trimming for my brisket, then it was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful with this.

They have one of the best pork ribs I've ever eaten. The texture and flavor were enough to make your eyes roll back in your head!! I never gar sauce because I want to taste the pork, the rub, and the smoke. They have this down to perfection, as well as the beans and slaw. Its well worth the trip.
