Customer service has improved drastically since change of some employees. Subs are now made properly and with some care, this was not the case prior. Lobby closes early though. Convenient.
I usually use the Vandalia Main Street location however they were closed this afternoon, on a Friday.... I'm happy this happened. Ordered using the app, in-store pick up. 10 minutes later I walked in to find my order ready! Just finished eating and everything was just as I ordered. Thank you

My family and I really like coming to this Subway location. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable when we want to try new menu items and the inside of the store consistently looks well organized and clean. Bathrooms are also clean which is not usually the case at many fast food joints. Chicken bacon is my go-to sub and if I ask for extra veggies no one ever complains.
