“My family and I really like coming to this Subway location. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable when we want to try new menu items and the inside of the store consistently looks well organized and clean. Bathrooms are also clean which is not usually the case at many fast food joints. Chicken bacon is my go-to sub and if I ask for extra veggies no one ever complains. “Super Bowl Sunday I preordered for 2 pm. We had a family emergency and I Totally forgot about the subs. I took a chance and went up at 7pm. The manager and her staff said they had been worried since no one showed up. They had my subs in their walk in. Not only were the subs amazing but I won’t forget the service. They didn’t know us but cared enough to check.Thank you“

“Got to try this relatively new place (this area was trees like 18 months ago new) and it was pretty good. Was a bit of a slow time getting everything made when it wasn’t super busy, but everyone was nice enough. Subs were quite good, with the bread being as close to what’s available on the east coast as I’ve found in a place. I’d go back if someone wanted to, as more time will likely solve the one minor problem I mentioned. Food was generally worth it either way.“

“Was My first time here and it was amazing. Was gifted a Gift card and it was well appreciated. A little pricey but well worth it. Plenty of Meats and toppings. Did not skimp on the meats. “Well. I don't leave google or yelp reviews to date. But I do check and read them. I might have to start leaving some. Good thing I didn't check tripadvisor or I wouldn't have went to this place for lunch. Most of the previous reviews on here don't do it justice. Well the cheesesteak sandwich was the best I've had. The sauce on it was amazing. The kids really enjoyed the chicken fingers and fries. To be fair, it is a bit pricey. For a couple $ less this would be awesome. But at this price point I would go back when I'm in the area for a visit for sure. Wished they would put one in Indy. Cheesesteaks here are about average at most of our sandwich shops. Will be back at some point. Thanks for the great lunch!“

“I looked at all the negative reviews for this location. However, my experience was excellent. Upon further review, I couldn't help but notice that most negative reviews involved delivery which makes me think that quite possibly, the problem is not with Jimmy John's or the employees at this location but rather the delivery service used. Maybe the delivery service employee needed to feed themselves and/or their family and took part of these people's order knowing that the blame would fall on the employees of Jimmy John's. IDK, just have my suspicions. I would never trust a third party delivery service. This is why I do not utilize third party delivery services. Just saying.“
