Staff was friendly food was decently priced
Haven't been to a Bob Evans in years. Had Grill Fired Chicken Salad with banana nut bread. Hubby had a breakfast scramble with meat, vegetables and hash browns in it, but we don't remember the name. Biscuits with his. All food was well made and tasty. Wait staff very friendly and just right attentiveness.
Highly disappointed in this location. The manager brought out ice cold and some still frozen meals to our table not once , but twice. When asking to have one meal remade , waitress caught an attitude and said well what do you want me to do about it . Never once have i had such terrible experience at a bob evens . They did remove a meal that was cold the first time and literally frozen sausage chunks in the remake . The manager never returned to the table to check in on why we returned the meal and then asked for it to be removed from our bill. Please do better at this location.
I was seated by the hostess and then sat there for 15 minutes and wasn't ever spoken to or acknowledged at all, so I left. This was at 7:30pm and they weren't very busy. I gave an extra star for the hostess because she friendly.
Food was not good. Everyone at the table felt the same and we go to bob evens regularly. They overcooked every chicken item ordered at the table. I never return food but it was inedible with how rubbery it was. The server was nice and apologized but acted like it was normal for people to return the chicken. She gave a discount and offered another chicken dish that was different but it was still overcooked and disgusting. Won’t be returning to this location ever again.
I drive 7 miles to Troy, OH, when I have a Bob Evans less than a mile away. But every time I go there, I have to wait forever just to be seated and then sit a while waiting for order. Food is sub-par to the restaurant in Troy!
Clean, excellent service and food. Gotta see if we have one in Wisconsin. Price and portions are great. Honestly, if any complains it must be the complainer .

Natalie is one of the best servers I have I encountered in months. Food was great!
Natalie was an excellent waitress. Very friendly and attentive. Food was great as well.
Food was very good. Service was a little slow. Our food came out at different times, but there were 15 if us. It was cold in the northeast corner of the restaurant, around the windows. It is still a nice place to stop by and enjoy breakfast with a larger group.
I love Bob Evan's. The food at Bob Evans is always great, and has been great as long as I can remember. I met Bob in this very restaurant when it opened.
You also get very good value for your money at Bob Evans.
My only conplaint is that Bob Evans has a company wide problem of getting its silverware to appear clean. It always has spots on it, or it actually didn't get cleaned well enough.
As someone who once worked in a restaurant which was a competitor of Bob Evan's, I would like to suggest changing the water in the machines more often, pre-soaking the utensils, and washing utensils twice.
They changed the recipe for the chili, it had a mushy taste and did not taste good. They put fried onions instead of tortilla chips on the wildfire chicken salad, giving it an odd taste. Very disappointed, most of the time everything is good.
