We love the pizza here. It’s the best there is. BUT why on earth do they now charge for Parmesan cheese? 50 cents for a tiny cup. ONE that they pour out of a large bottle they likely pay less than Pennies per cup. No other Cassanos charges for Parmesan cheese. Not to mention their pizza is the highest price in the market already. I asked if we dined in if we would have to pay for Parmesan cheese, and was told YES! You’ve got to be kidding me. I demand answers.

I have loved this pizza my whole life every time I come home from vacation or other issues I get a pizza and always great. The young lady at the Tipp store is always so sweet and nice. She makes me feel like we known each other for years. I don’t know her name but she is expecting soon. I hope the company takes really good care of her. People like her are hard to find.

Delivery in time, supreme pizza cooked correctly, LAY OFF THE SALT!! Throwing away the pizza. Feel like we are eating a salt block. Bottom was lined with salt. Very disappointing!!!! you continue to put too much salt on the bottom of your pizza lay off of it. We even asked what you did lay off on it. We asked for no salt and you did it again. What the hell?

Standard small pizza parlor with a handful of seats. Surprisingly much better than I remembered. Never been a fan of this chain, but today this pizza was perfect. So this may be a go-to pizza place. Pricey, very pricey, but worth it!
Very happy with the Cheese Pounder with a few toppings added. The donkey was a bit freaked out by the anchovies, so his eyes were covered. But I enjoyed the Super Cheese with anchovies, onions, and black olives.
And like that they are open late. Hard to find things open late in this town. Hoping every time is as flavorful and crisp as this time! I shall return when a pizza craving happens again.

Troy store completely messed up our pizza and was rude. We had the remake order sent to the tipp store. The pizza was amazing and the staff was very Friendly.

I'm not sure what the lady's problem is in there today but when you ask for a pizza well done that's what it should be.. and when I tell you it's not and you get an attitude that you have to run it back through the oven and you bring it out to me and slide it on the counter say good night and walk away and can't even make eye contact with me. Lucky I don't just ask for my money back and leave this pizza here.
