This is a good HotHead location, the younger workers are very polite and provide excellent service.
There’s an older woman worker though that regularly harasses the younger workers in front of customers, has zero friendly charm at all, and is the least polite of all workers. I rarely see her, so I give the location a 4star, but when she’s there it kinda ruins the experience and I have to get it “to-go”.

There was not enough chicken for a bowl and the worker said that it would take her 20 min. To cut the chicken. The rice was not cooked all the way. They ran out of pinto beans.

Got a little bowl and the rice was so hard it was impossible to eat. Also when I was there, I was going to get fajita peppers but they were literally black in color like they had been sitting there since the morning. I’ve never had such bad hot head. Glad this is not my normal location I go to!

Very welcoming and kind-hearted people. They give a good amount of food in the bowl and it’s all for a very good price in my opinion.
Vegetarian options: You can make your very own salad if you really wanted. They have all options that don’t involve meat besides steak and chicken. If you decide to make a vegetarian bowl or burrito you can get guacamole for no extra charge.
Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly at Hot Head. They have high chairs, kids meals, fruit shoots(bottled juice) and the employees were very sweet to the kids.

Have ordered online twice in the last year and, both times, the food was not made correctly which resulted in needing to go back to get it corrected. The Troy location has better service/food quality.

When it comes to Hot Head Burritos, this is the prime example of what one of these franchises should be. The Food and employees are the best. Bar none. They are so good that I refuse to go to any other location. I've been to the other ones close to this location and the employees didn't do anything wrong. But they certainly were not the same as the ones at the Tipp City location. I have tried everything besides one item that is on the menu. So far, I have yet to come across anything that I do not like. For extra fun, I have the employees make me whatever they feel like making. Again, I have yet to have anything that I do not like. So if you have never tried Hot Head, or you just haven't tried this location, take the trip to the one in Tipp. You will not regret it.

On Tuesday 12/19/2023 ( carryout order )A teenage young lady & teenage young man waited on me..... both provided great professional timely service... the manager was immediately helpful with answering the employee's questions, regarding a special request I had on my 2 quesadillas ..... BTW, the food was great & the order was accurate.... ( I only wish Mcdonald's ( Tipp City ) could prepare an accurate order )... like the folks at Hot Head Burritos did for me... I was impressed with the employee's commitment to detail....
Ordered double pork and received less than a single portion. I will never order from them again. Chipotle may be more expensive but they are much better!

Great food and good service. She forgot my quesadilla in the grill until I asked about it, but was offering to remake it even before we saw that it was perfectly cooked. Employees were young, but interacted appropriately and were constantly either restocking or cleaning. Highly recommend. The flavor is the guacamole was amazing!! Yum!

Terrible. Out of stock on 3 items. Black beans, taco meat, and queso. And apparently the owner shares the toaster between stores so that was gone too. This store will soon be out of business. It's a bad experience every time I try this location.

This was a great accidental discovery when I stopped at the nearby Speedway gas station. Service and food are much better than Qdoba and Chipotle. I look forward to stopping here whenever passing through.

Food was barely lukewarm. Husband and I both had rice bowls, rice and meat were lukewarm. I wanted steak however my husband was told they haven’t had steak for over a month. Chicken was flavorless.
