I don’t know if it’s because it’s Sunday but it just seemed like the employees here hate their jobs. No “Hi” or “welcome in” when you walk in, no smiles, no friendly conversation. Just very meh about everything. If you hate your job this much, go somewhere else.

Night crew is always awesome at this location. Always friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want on your bowls and burritos. I've had issues with management from another location, occasionally he comes in when they're short staffed and he gives small portions, then up-charges and argues when you ask to have it corrected... But I don't blame the normal staff for his customer service issues. Absolutely my go to location!

The manager at this location today needs to just do better. Awful customer service I walked out instead of getting my food. I go 3-4 times a week and don’t plan to go back.

The Manager here is absolutely rude and disgusting. ..my husband was in the middle of ordering and she started YELLING in a store full of people that they couldn't make our order because she claims he didn't pay for double meat in a previous order this past week.. We have always paid, and SHE has always rung him in. Wouldn't she mention it when it was being paid for last time and wouldnt that be her fault as the employee! You cant take your food and leave until rung in and paid for. Accusing us of not paying or stealing is absolutely absurd! To lose customers who frequent atleast 2-3x ! a week in a small town over $3.50, is crazy, and as a food industry manager this behavior is absolutely disgusting

I’ve never been disappointed by the service I’ve gotten at this location until today, while my food was good and the young lady that helped me was very nice and helpful however. The older women with red hair that was training her was very, very rude. There was no reason to belittle her in front of myself and another customer, that is no way to train a new employee. She should not be allowed to train anyone let alone be aloud to serve customers with an attitude like hers. After explaining what happened today to my coworkers they revealed they’ve had similar experiences with her attitude as well and her portion control. That being said if I walk in and see her working the counter I will be turning around and taking my business elsewhere.
