I just stopped at this location. i ordered through the app. 6 nuggets. one cheeseburger and fries. as i pulled up to the window the lady just stood there with a thumbs up not opening it and giving me my receipt. i pull up to the second window to recieve my food. i took notice that there were 6 cars pulled waiting for food infront of me. they pulled me up to wait also. after they pulled me they pulled another 5 cars to wait on their food. the service is subpar at this location. i ended up waiting 15 minutes to recieve my food cold. pulling cars to get your window times down is not right. waiting 15+ minutes for food is also not right.

I am a regular. At least twice a week ive ordered from here for a year straight. They lost my business tonight. I had a mobile order. They couldnt find an order I obviously placed over 20 minutes before showing up. I went to Wendy's instead. I will not tolerate incompetence like this from Mcdonalds. Give me a $25 credit and I might come back. My order was over $25.

Placed order #1615 Dec 31 at 3:16pm. Asked me if I had a mobile order and the number, then confirmed the number then asked me what I wanted to order and finally said my order number is invalid. Didn't get the food I paid for. Drive tru equipment is poor. First time, last time.

I only stopped for the McRib, which comes and goes on the whims of a marketing department driven to regain market share. They used to include a wet wipe with each sandwich purchase but chose to save a few cents necessitating a trip to the restroom to wash your hands after eating too. The portion size is a 5th smaller as well as the roll that proves problematic trying to keep the meat inside as the extra onions and sauce serve to exacerbate the issue. I still love this sandwich.

Ariel the manager was very rude after I waited 40 min for my breakfast meal. I waited in drive thru for 15-20 min to be told they couldn't find my online order and I had to come inside. Inside I was told she was running 4 screens by herself and I needed to wait. After I told her I had been waiting and it shouldn't take 40 min to get one item she got rude and pushed a bag towards me and said there and walked off. I would expect more from a manager
