As always the food is good but every other time I come here for lunch there’s an older lady with lighter colored hair in a pony tail working the window, she has a very off putting attitude as if she’s to bothered to grab a packet of sauce when asked for one, I asked for a packet of honey mustard and I got told with a annoyed attitude that they are 50 cents. Now wait a minute you mean to tell me I should pay 50 cents at for a packet of sauce that should be free with purchase of a meal which I did, I spent 12.40 on a over priced burger and you won’t give me a packet of sauce with it.

Literally shut down inside orders to only do drive through, mobile, and door dash, while 20 people stood in line.
Went thru the drive thru had to pull up and wait for our food, not sure why because seemed like our burgers had been sitting there for a week. Hard styrofoam like bun. As much as things cost these days the quality should be much better. Safe to say we were highly disappointed and won’t be back!

I went in and ordered a baconator combo.....I asked for tomato and lettuce only on the sandwich but got mayo and ketchup instead with no lettuce or tomato insight

We ordered a double baconator fries and a Dave's classic. The baconator had 2 pieces of bacon on a a double. 2 pieces. The classic was cold . The fries were the best part of the meal.

Ordered the grilled chicken ranch wrap. Won't order it again. Unless I try a different Wendy's. Very sloppily made and wrapped.

My only issue was that the cashier didn't want to give me my change. My order was $12 and change. I gave them a $20 bill and the change. When she gave me 3 ones, I stared at her and said I gave you a twenty. She smiled and laughed, then gave me the rest of my change that was in her hand.
I didn't find that funny, were you planning on keeping my change if I hadn't said something?

I was very impressed by the young manager, Kane. He took my order promptly, and efficiently. His customer service really stood out to me and gave me a great experience while eating here. Definitely will be coming back and I enjoyed the customer service he gave me. Fresh food and great service.
Too big hurry didn’t get napkins silverware
Our nuggets were burnt! I've never had burnt nuggs! At 2 in the afternoon they decided to change the oil and make us wait! Went inside for a refund after a ridiculous amount of time.....it was filthy... Took several minutes to refund my order. They seriously need to do better.
This location used to be pretty good about orders in the drive thru. The last 4 visits, at least 1 item is missing from my order (2 items were missing on one of those orders). I'm usually an understanding person, but this has happened on 4 consecutive visits. I'm considering going to another Wendys location
$4 444 meal deal is the best around
