My friend and I ate here for Cinco de Mayo. The guacamole was the best I have had anywhere. There were large pieces of ripe avocado, and lots of lime and flavor. The salsa was good, and the cheese dip was decent (flavor was good, but the texture was odd). The elote bowl wasn't very good. I wouldn't order that again. Our server was kind, and clearly stressed. They were short-handed and had to open late for the holiday. She kept our chips and drinks full. Overall it was a decent experience. I would definitely go back for the guacamole.

I ordered the 419 fajitas and it took 50 minutes to come out. The beans and rice were cold and I don't mean room temperature cold. I mean out of the refrigerator cold. The fajita meat was like they scraped burnt charcoal pieces off the grill. It was completely unedible. And to boot, they gave me a hard time about taking it off the bill! Will not go there again.

Ordered dinner Birria tacos was excellent. Ordered Nachos Supreme with only ground beef to go. Got home and it had chicken on it

The last four times I have went here they were not open. Every time we checked online first, and attempted to call. Every time no answer to the phone call, and online said they were open. Never again will I waste my time attempting to eat here.

Only one other table in the entire place had patrons on a Friday night. Waited over 10-15 minutes after being seated, never saw any staff so we left. Service has really gone down in the last year. Margaritas taste worse and much weaker, they've been out of multiple menu items, one time the bathroom sink didn't even work. We tried to give them a couple chances but after today we are done.

Not what it used to be a year or year and a half ago. I rarely go out (changing that this month), but I was passing by and Really loved my prior experiences, so I was excited to order a favorite dish I always get there, sopes. This time they actually had horchata so I got that, too, and ordered fried ice cream to go. The sopes used to be piled high, super fancy on the plate with zigzag dressings on it and the flavor was to die for. This time, it was very, very lower class basic, not even hot food, that was as simple and lackluster as can be. Highlight was the pre-squeezed lime juice on it. Not at all what I remembered. I got the barbacoa. I was so hungry though I basically inhaled it and felt better I was full, so it's fine, but I didn't get the Wow! of the plate or the pizzazz of all the different flavors like I got before. The barbacoa part was good, like any other place. The horchata was pretty good. The fried ice cream... the ice cream part itself was freezer burnt, but the fried cornflake crunch outside was fresh. The whipped cream on it was good, opted for no chocolate sauce and asked about honey instead (not on the menu) and the delightful, warm Lesley was happy to accommodate. I don't know if the chef was out that day or what. I'll give it a good amount of time, watch the reviews, and try again later on.

The food has been good every time we've come but it seems they can't keep wait staff as we've had a different server every time we've come. I always feel bad because it's always just 1 server running everything. Detracts from the experience.

Meat, onions, and cilantro... Very simple tacos and passable as food. I grabbed my own napkins and silverware. Weird place. I won't be back anytime soon.

Went in at 5pm on a Saturday and only 4 other patrons in the restaurant. Waited 25 mins to get our first drinks with the exception of one that they said they forgot about because of all the to go orders. 1 hour after ordering and seeing the table next to us who arrived 30 mins after us get served and eat their food I had to seek out a manager. I let the manager know we (party of 4) were still waiting for our food. The manager sent the hostess to come apologize for him and that the order will get made asap. The food came out 15 mins later with items missing and some we never ordered. Out of 4 people 1 order was correct. After we asked for the check and paid the manager finally came by and gave us a gift card for the inconvenience. The manager should have been the 1st one to apologize and should have been checking the tables if the server was as new as they say. Overall the food was good. Service was just horrible. It'll be on my not to go back to list.

This was a pick up order, the food was unpalatable. Pictured is what they are trying to pass off as elote corn in a bowl. It was just UGH...how can they call this Mexican!? I also ordered tacos, with some kinda watery dipping water...no taste and this did nothing to enhance the tacos. Ordered the queso fundido sooo salty. Why, How is this restaurant able to serve food? Please ppl do not waste your coins here.

I called to place an order for pick up. The woman told me to wait like 2 minutes and she’d be right back. 5 minutes on hold passed and no one picked the phone back up. So, I placed my order for Birria tacos and rice/beans via DoorDash. They changed my order to pork tacos without calling me first. I don’t eat pork!! So, now I have tacos to throw away. It’s ridiculous.

I have frequented this restaurant since they opened. I vowed 2 years ago to never return as service and quality of food is hit and miss. When the restaurant is good the food is the best in town. Otherwise I would rather go to Taco bell. This visit was satisfactory.

Things have changed since the new owners have taken over but that's not a bad thing. The tacos are great and unique and totally worth trying! Margs are strong as well!! The only thing I would suggest is to utilize the patio more, in the summer that is where people want to be, decorate it a bit and add some entertainment out there, dj javi does lots of patio sessions for other restaurants, maybe this could work for you.

Place was slow, only one server running the floor and bar. She was working hard so credit to her. Looked like management/owner was walking around on the phone, disappointed to she them let the staff sink like that. Food was decent and arrived in a timely manner. I would like to go back but if service continues to lack ill spend my money elsewhere.
