We visit the Toledo area at least once a month. This is the second time we have visited this Applebees location and had to walk out because no one greeted us or offered us any type of service. We are retired women wirh a large number of friends and family members. We are going to spread the news about this terrible service.

Worst Applebee's ever arrived at 9:30pm wasn't busy but no employees anywhere finally someone came out and was sat and waited about 10 mins then a server came over took are drink order which was just water by 10:05 we finally walked out because we still hadn't even got are waters. I could understand if they were busy but they definitely were no.

When I get there the server tells me it's going to be another 10 mins because a 16 top just came in...( I ordered to-go due to a back surgery, I came here to avoid fast food .. I might as well went to McDonald's) so screw the time it said it would be ready I guess. I'll just wait a little longer because 16 people walks in after my order was placed and told me by a certain time to be there. ( Who wants soggy cold food) Last 3 times I've ordered from the Applebee's on Alexis over 3 months, the order was wrong, I asked for no lettuce, tomato & pickles I got all of those things on my whisky Burger. The burger was right and it was warm when I checked it. My girlfriend ordered the chicken penne dinner the chicken was way too burnt and overcooked my dog wouldnt even eat it. Can your cooks like pay attention to the orders? I'm not sure why I even tipped the server 5$? Next time I'll just go to fast food if I want a cold Burger and over cooked Chicken. This place used to be good. Everything near the point place area just has terrible cooks, or I just have the worst luck in the world . Go to the Mexican restaurant next door if you don't want this to happen to you.
Dietary restrictions: Didn't seem to read the order I sent because it had everything I was allergic to on the burger.
Parking: Just avoid Applebee's on Alexis. The one on dussel might have better cooks.. I hope.

My wife ordered carside to go tonight 1/31/25 I get there and wait for 20 minutes. I go inside and the girls are just standing by the register. I asked where my order was, the girl goes to the kitchen and a manager comes out and said I had to go to the bar and get it! So I go over there and she pulls the food from underneath the counter🤦🏻♂️ So basically it’s been sitting there for 20 minutes plus! Everything was cold! 🤬 somebody needs to work out a better system for takeout! Extremely pissed!

Ate here with parents a couple weeks ago. Service was prompt, but our soft drinks were flat. We ordered burgers which were all good but serviceable. Just a typical Applebee's in Ohio.

Worst experience I ever had here! 12/28/24. Me and my sons came to eat for my son’s birthday. Server was very slow and incompetent. Took way too long to get our drinks as she leaned and talked to the manager. The manager also took too long to help or get any guest their items/food. Other tables were having the same issue with the same server. She took the whole time for the food to cook for us to get drinks. 2 orders boneless wings and fries and a classic combo appetizer. Bartender served us and noticed we still didn’t have drinks. She also complained in front of us that she got sat another table.

Ordered the new hot honey chicken. Very tasteless. No bacon when it's advertised on menu Super small order of fries. No refills on drinks Server had to go back and forth multiple times. Had to continue to ask for things. Didn't get spoons for kids applesauce. Tables were sticky.

I am a fan of Applebee's food, but the service at this particular location was above and beyond good. Special shout-out to Kaitlyn and Anthony who were so caring and helpful and thoughtful. Anyone who goes by, this Applebee's is for sure a place to stop.

I had called concerning a resident that needed special accommodations, for starters the person I spoke with was very nice and knowledge of our special circumstances. I was just updated that she greeted our staff and residents upon entry and did everything she could to help them. Everyone was highly satisfied with the service they received.
