We stopped at the restaurant to get something to eat.. we were a party of 5. After we were seated.. our waiter Jason wasn't that great. I understand if it was super busy in there but it wasn't.We were there on March 1st. Once we finally got our drinks except my daughter who had ordered something from the bar.. and so did her stepmom when he set the drinks down never once did he tell us what drink was what. Was the food good.. Well my hamburger was good and my youngest daughter's corn dog and fries but my daughter and her dad their chicken Alfredo wasn't good at all.

Had a online order for two salads. They told me it would be ready for pick up at 6:40pm. Was not ready at pick up time. They were not busy at all. I will not be back. Pretty pathetic for a restaurant chain.

I saw the commercial for their bourbon menu and was excited to go. My previous 3 meals at Applebees were really bad, with two well over cooked steaks when I asked for medium. After several years I decided to give them another chance. We walked in and the place was very empty but there were a bunch of parties waiting. The patrons said there was no help working but the hostess said it’d be 20 mins. I am sure that was to get us to stay, it’d end up being much longer and a very long meal waiting for everything. We walked out.

Picked up 2 door dash orders there. Worst experience I've had yet. Waited a half hour for the second order (which was ONE item btw), making the first order go cold. Any time I asked for an update from the hostess, I never got a straight answer. There were maybe 3 tables seated the entire time I was there. Finally, I asked a cook that walked out, how long the order would be since I had already been there a half hour and it was one item and the hostess overheard and decided to be a smartass and said all you have been here a half hour huh so I looked at my phone and I said well I can show you exactly when I walked in and it has been 27 minutes exactly right now so yes a half hour. She then walked back to the kitchen and grab the order that I had been waiting on all of this time which seemed to have been done for a while because the food was not warm. So overall not a very great experience and the hostess should focus more on her job than her phone

Parking: They lunch Monday Thur Friday. I think 11am to 3pm. You may want to call to make sure. They have a lot of great lunch specials.

Me and my significant other came in for lunch we sat everything was okay and then we ordered there was about 3 tables and it took 45 minutes for them to bring us our food the fries were cold buns were wet and gross I won’t be back

Twice now I've ordered car side to go. Both times I had to walk in to grab it after 10+ minutes of waiting and both times they've messed up the order. Both times they've refused to give a refund which is ridiculous.

Walk in with my kids. Any white waitress at the bar did not show me in my black kids any attention. I waited patiently, 15 mins and then I said something she said they were short staff I get. I used to work in the kitchen but to be completely ignored while only talking to white customers crazy. I even asked if we could sit ourselves, and she said no. Then, on top of that, she helped the girl behind us because she wanted a to go order. She needs to learn how to multi. I get it your kitchen staff trying to get caught up. Waiting 45 mins to get seated me and my kids and I just walked out and never served just completely terrible to not even get acknowledgment.

I have never had a good experience here at this location. Every time I come in, it is never super busy, yet the waiters and host take forever. Stood there for a good while the other day to be seated while it was not busy. If you would like good service at an Applebee’s nearby, definitely would recommend the one on Alexis road.
