From outta town came to get food for me and my wife who just had our baby and was told they are only takeing door dash orders. The whole reasion i drove there was to save money NOT useing door dash. Maybe put it online that you dont do drive thur orders after 9pm

Arby's crispy fish sandwich is one of the best! The staff added cheese and extra tartar sauce as requested, and were very pleasant!

I had never tried Arbys actually. Always BK or Subway. But because of their delivery promo, I tried their sandwich. it was amazing. Way way better than the junk sold by BK. Arbys one appear to be low in sodium and healthy compared to subway as well! Loved the chicken sandwiches,
Ordered a Rueben....no sauerkraut on it, no cheese.. and cold..staff standing around talking..not acknowledging customers. Fries were cold. Charged for cheese sticks ..not received.. 3/4 of time shake machine doesn't work. What has happened to Arbys?!

DO NOT GO TO THIS ARBY'S, Like other have commented. 2/27 8pm. Went there to get food and their is 4 people there. Just talking but they say they're closed because they're "Understaffed". I told them I already put a order in on the app. They tell me pull around and just completely mess up my order. And there was no ther customer there!! They don't even want to work here.

Clean restaurant. Prompt, courteous service. Food was good but nuggets were luke
Opted for dinner post-work, placed a mobile order, but it took them 10 minutes to sort out the order name. Received incorrect items and some were missing. Staff seems incompetent, and to add to the disappointment, the food was stiff and cold, likely due to sitting out during the 25 minutes I was in line. Previous attempts to resolve similar issues yielded no refunds, so won't be returning.

The food was just as I remember. How I forgot how long it took me to forget what the food actually tasted like. I had explosive diarrhea for 3 days. There is no Jesus.Vegetarian options: I told them I wanted to eat a vegetarian. They fed me a horse doctor. Damn you cowboy hat. Well played.
