I only come here for the drive-thru and it's for their gyros and sometimes get their curly fries and jalapeno bites. I have dined in before when I have had the time . the Reuben sandwiches are pretty good too

If I could give a zero I would! Are you trying to cause a flat tire? That pothole is massive! Fix it! Always out of beef or soda. Worst location and the ppl are horrid! We left and didn't bother with that nonsense!

What they got right, was good. I ordered 2 cherry turnovers, got home, about 40 minutes away they weren't cherry, they were apple. Kind of important when people have food allergies to get right.
When I walked in, the person at the counter went to the back. I never seen or talked to anyone. Grabbed my food that was already done, from a mobile order.

Huge pot holes in the parking lot and every time it rains there is a huge pool... fix it

1st off had to doge multi gigantic pot hole in drive way/parking lot just to get in. Like tire killers. Had an online order in for a crispy chicken no may, roast beef, 1 crinkle 1 curly. Got through drive thru, ckd, chicken was without tomato. Checked rect, no mayo, had them fix. Ckd frys, crinkle was luke warm, curlys were cold. Got their attention and gave back with roast beef in bag. Then got chicken and I asked for the rest. Said pull up, then just got my fries back. When I asked where's my roast beef he gave me an attitude. I already got it. Told him it was sent back with fries to keep warm. Then he asked me what it was, told him. Then guy came back and basically tossed it to me. They weren't super busy either. Wonder why? I'll drive the distance to another arbys.
The roast beef sliders is one of the few things in this world my 4 yr old will eat so....good Reuben sandwich too, and gotta love those curly fries

Wish I could give this place a 0, but they only get a 1 because the food is decent. Just stopped here on my way home to grab me and my family some food. Came 30 minutes prior to closing and they had such an attitude that I wanted to order anything. The more I ordered, the more agitated the double chin blond hair worker became. They were mad that I ordered mozzarella sticks and wanted to wait for them instead of saying nevermind because of the wait. They took my money and put it in the air insinuating that it was fake because we obviously can’t have big bills. After receiving my food, I checked the bag and was missing chicken tenders. We knocked on the window and they all of a sudden disappeared and couldn’t hear us knocking. It took 4 minutes for us to get someone attention to tell them about their mistake and when I did get my missing item, the double chinned blonde hair lady with glasses gave me a side eye so deep until we drove away. Coulda spent $40 late night on better things
