Wish I could give this place a 0, but they only get a 1 because the food is decent. Just stopped here on my way home to grab me and my family some food. Came 30 minutes prior to closing and they had such an attitude that I wanted to order anything. The more I ordered, the more agitated the double chin blond hair worker became. They were mad that I ordered mozzarella sticks and wanted to wait for them instead of saying nevermind because of the wait. They took my money and put it in the air insinuating that it was fake because we obviously can’t have big bills. After receiving my food, I checked the bag and was missing chicken tenders. We knocked on the window and they all of a sudden disappeared and couldn’t hear us knocking. It took 4 minutes for us to get someone attention to tell them about their mistake and when I did get my missing item, the double chinned blonde hair lady with glasses gave me a side eye so deep until we drove away. Coulda spent $40 late night on better things

I put in an online order for two meals. Went in at time I was supposed to, waited almost 30 minutes after that time and my order still wasn’t done. I watched them go through many many drive through orders and a person that came in and ordered a larger order received his after I had been waiting and my food still wasn’t close to being done. When I asked what was going on all the woman who wasn’t very pleasant just said “we’re doing our best” I said it didn’t make any sense that I should be waiting this long and when I asked for a refund she said I had to call some random 800 number to get that. And the whole time I was waiting for food all the women were doing was walking about complaining about having to do online orders and DoorDash and this and that instead of helping the ONE guy that was actually making the food. Will not be going back there. Extremely rude I even offered to get my own drinks. Smh what has happened to fast food and customer service.

The food can take a little while to come but very rarely have I have a order be wrong. If it was it was fixed. Also my server Gabriel was fantastic. Could not praise him more. Kind, friendly, seems like he actually cares about your experience. He deserves a raise

I arrived at this Arby's around 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday December 3rd 2024. And I ordered a double roast beef sandwich and I was rang up for a double cheddar roast beef sandwich which you will see in the picture below. The sandwich I received was so soggy and disgusting I could not even force myself to eat it. I did call the restaurant to complain the manager seemed unconcerned and made an excuse for the employee saying they were new and they rang it in wrong but I thought that's why you have a trainer to oversee the employee that is being trained. So now after I just worked a 13-hour shift and I don't live on that side of town I live in South Toledo and this store is in West Toledo in order for me to get my sandwich corrected I would have to go back and stop at that location and then go across town to go home which would add another half hour to my day making it a 14.5 hour day. So I decided to leave this review to let everyone know how they treat their customers because when I called and spoke to the manager to complain about the situation and let him know I just worked 13 hours this is heavily inconvenient for me when I just wanted to grab my dinner eat it and go straight home I now have to extend my time if I want to eat which will make me go to bed late which will make it hard for me to get up on time in the morning at 4:00 a.m. which is the time I get up and start my day everyday so in order to be able to wake up on time I have to skip eating dinner because of an employee that was not paying attention. Keep in mind while I was waiting for my food I look over and see three employees just standing around talking not doing anything they could have spent that time cleaning getting my cup of ice that I had asked for that I ended up having to remind them of they were highly unprofessional and they ruined my night and made me go without being able to eat dinner. I understand it's a fast food restaurant but this is ridiculous the way the manager handled the situation and this is not the only time I have been treated like a manager doesn't care about the customers this happened at an Arby's on secor road in Toledo I'm starting to realize Arby's just doesn't care about their customers at all so be careful when you go to Arby's you will definitely be mistreated especially at this one because they don't care about your order they will give you what they want to give you and they don't care if you get to eat dinner or not before going to bed after working a 13-hour shift.

We eat here somewhat often.
Foods ok, but they mess the order up every so often.
They are usually nice, but there are a few people working here who should not be allowed to interact with the public.
Price is a bit high for fast food now considering what you get.
You can get better food in a sit-down restaurant now for only a few dollars more per person. Or sometimes less per person.

Honestly, I think they need to retrain or replace about half the staff here.

And fast food should be fast and affordable.
It's neither here at this point.

My last trip threw I was one of 3 cars in line, lot was empty so no customers inside and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food.

They forgot my cheese sticks, and the fries are rarely more than half full anymore.

I expect better given the price they want for food now.

Other locations do much better but are too far away to be with the drive.

I wanted to Doordash a double beef n cheddar and the app doesn't have it. How is your motto "We have the meats" and you don't have that. That is misleading and I never had issues ordering beef and cheddars through Doordash before.

This evening it took 15 minutes in drive thru for a roast beef sandwich, fry and a drink. I think the food was colder than the drink. I asked for Dr pepper and got a root beer with no ice instead. Gentleman at the window was very rude, including on the intercom. I don't think I'll be going to this location again.
