Ordered the brisket sandwich. Have had this a number of times in the past and been happy with it. This time, seemed that Arbys at some point downsized the sandwich as it was smaller with less meat. Brisket was also very fatty compared to ones in the past.

please never order from here or work here. horrible all around place. everythings always broken, workers arent even given long sleeves or sweatshirts for WINTER. (yes im a ex staff writing this because people deserve to know they wouldnt even take the money from our paychecks to get us a damn long sleeve in negative weathers), the pop machine in the lobby's broken, the dishwashers broken, they finally got new fryers lucky yall, staff barely even tries to acknowledge their customers. and they mess up orders CONSTANTLY. my own 93 year old grandpas order, mine, my mothers, etc. just all around horrible place to be at, order from, work at, everything. i wouldn't recommend this to a toddler at this rate . DM is disrespectful and passive aggressive. She doesnt give a crap about her staff and cant even wear a uniform when shes there for more than an hr no non slips, no proper hat, no proper pants but will try to talk to whichever way. called me a "little girl" not even to my face like the grown woman she is. very sad that they cant treat customers nor staff correctly. thats why their alwaysssss hiring!!!🤣🤣🤣 i will be contacting OSHA about this because corporate WILL NOT ANSWER ANYONE.

They open at 10 am and it's 10:20 and the drive-thru is closed and the manager is at the front desk holding her finger up for me to wait before she opens the door. So I waited for another 5 more minutes before they opened the door. It's funny that your reply was that the hours may differ because I asked them once they opened the door what time they were supposed to be open today and they said 10:00 a.m. I'm only asking that the employees put the customers first like they should.

I like Arby's but I don't usually go there because I'm not a deli meat kinda eater but since I just found out about their new burgers I had to go try and let me just say it was really good I had the bacon cheddar burger and it was really good of course five guys and Colvers are a better choice but you cannot go wrong with this one as well!!

It Saturday October 26, 2024. The opening time on the door and their website said that they open at 10am. I arrived at 10:35 and the doors locked. While I was sitting in my car writing this review they unlocked the door at 10:40am. I went inside I mentioned to the man (in his 40s with a goatee) at the counter that the the sign says opens at 10am. He said "Just because the sign says that doesn't mean the we open at 10". He has a bad attitude so I left.

Very nice people had my food very fast and it's was hot and fresh ?
We could barely understand what the person was saying that was taking our order at the drive thru, it sounded like they had their mouth full of something. When we got to the window the cashier just took the money no greeting or anything so I greeted her and she never responded, just gave me my change, closed the window and a couple minutes later came back with our order. The BBQ bacon cheese burger I got was horrible, there was just a tiny dab of BBQ sauce on it and the bacon was like jerky, tuff and hard, and the burger was dry and tasteless. Our fries were hard as rocks, they had obviously been in the fryer way too long. We definitely will not be coming back to this particular Arby's!!!
