Every time I come here I remember why I hate this Arby's. The service sucks.

At 241pm on 6/25/25 we went to this Arby's to grab something to eat. First we had issues with them hearing us. So we drive around to the window and when we asked does the gyro come with one type of meat or more than one type of meat she got a straight attitude and would not answer my question and shouted out a price at me before I could even order anything else. When I said I need to speak to someone about her attitude she said I'll spit in your food and it would be my word against yours cause she is the manager and corporate will believe her over me. She refused to give me corporate number so I could report her.

Used to come here every day on my lunch but it’s always a group of people hanging outside smoking. End up having to wait 10-15 minutes for them to be done just to get my order taken and then they serve you old cold food. This place as well as its management just doesn’t care anymore. So sad to see. Hopefully they get it together before the health department shows up

I placed a mobile order at this location this evening about 8:15pm. When I arrived in the drive-thru line I was the 2nd car. I got to the window quickly for my order but then proceeded to wait 14 minutes for my order with no communication from the staff who could be heard horsing around but could not really be seen. The staff member then abruptly handed me my order without saying anything about the long delay. When I got home, the order was missing items and sauces. The items they did get correct were awful looking and not warm or fresh - ' like not edible. Angry that I spent $35 on food for my family that was inedible.

I went to this location 2 out of 3 days, friday(5-1) and sunday(5-2), I waited for a combined 12 minutes and I have not placed an order or even told that someone would be with me. Did I mention that both days my wife and I were the only ones in the store. Finally on Sunday there were two guys working so I actually peeked around the corner and stated that I must have come at a bad time and we left, went to the one in Maumee, we will never be back to this location and I will tell you the same: AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!!

I like Arby's, but the service at this location is non-existent. I waited 10 minutes before they took my order and another 25 minutes before I gave up and went to McDonald's. I like Arby's food, but I can't wait 45 for fast food.

I stoped by this location because I thought it would be fast food. I went through the drive through and waited for about 10 minutes behind one car. When I pulled up to the window it was clear what was taking so long. One person barely working and three others telling stories. The one employee that was at the window was rude. I get my food pull off and when I went to eat it it was not warm. The fries were a mix of curly fries and normal fries. I just shook my head. I won’t be back. This was on April 2nd about 5:10 pm. I hope the owner reads this and changes things around there. At the end of the day it’s just fast food but come on people. Do your dang job.

The past 3 times I've been there to get food something has been missing or wrong.
Ordering and the service was fine! But I ordered a cheese stick w/ ranch and since eating it I have been nonstop puking (and the other one - tmi) everything I try to drink or eat… So I probably won’t be back
*update - I did end up going to the drs and it ended up being food poisoning*
