This location is still fast and friendly! Worth the stop! The crinkle cut fries were hot and crispy and the gyro tasted great too! The sauce was so good on the fries and the sandwich. Creamy like tzasiki sauce should be!

Chicken sandwich was not very good. The piece of chicken was about as thick as a McDonald's regular burger. Disappointed because I like Arby's beef sandwiches. Potato cakes were mushy inside but warm. I went through the drive thru and it took awhile to get my order. Seems like they were low on employees when we went through.

I finally ordered on the app. They were out of beef and couldnât refund my order so I had to call Arbyâs to refund it. Their customer service was also pretty awful. Businesses donât try to retain your business anymore. And Toledo OH is the most incompetent city Iâve ever been so. Yall really need to step it up.

Has to be the slowest Arbyâs in northwest Ohio. So many times Iâve had to leave the line to go over to McDonaldâs because of how slow they are. Theyâre always out of everything so I donât know what manager does their inventory, but they arenât very good at it. Want a beef and cheddar? Out of cheddar. Want a dessert? Out of it. A crafted shake? Good luck. All youâll see on their menu is âout of stockâ. Itâs a dumpster fire over there.
Ordered right away but it took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and there was no one else in lobby. Employees were busy socializing instead of doing their jobs.

At 241pm on 6/25/25 we went to this Arby's to grab something to eat. First we had issues with them hearing us. So we drive around to the window and when we asked does the gyro come with one type of meat or more than one type of meat she got a straight attitude and would not answer my question and shouted out a price at me before I could even order anything else. When I said I need to speak to someone about her attitude she said I'll spit in your food and it would be my word against yours cause she is the manager and corporate will believe her over me. She refused to give me corporate number so I could report her.

Used to come here every day on my lunch but itâs always a group of people hanging outside smoking. End up having to wait 10-15 minutes for them to be done just to get my order taken and then they serve you old cold food. This place as well as its management just doesnât care anymore. So sad to see. Hopefully they get it together before the health department shows up
