Ordering and the service was fine! But I ordered a cheese stick w/ ranch and since eating it I have been nonstop puking (and the other one - tmi) everything I try to drink or eat… So I probably won’t be back

*update - I did end up going to the drs and it ended up being food poisoning*

The quality of the food was bad. $13 for a number 5, and the chicken patty was no bigger than the palm of my hand. The link you sent in your response does not work!!!!

This is The Worst establishment that I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.
The food was old and cold and when I advised the manager of it she and her trifling employee who took the order had an attitude when I asked for my food to be prepared again! So I said I'll just take my refund instead, because I don't need attitude when I'm right about wanting quality food for the money I'm paying out.
The little uneducated girl who took my order wanted to talk loud when my husband confronted her for talking behind my back when she thought I had left. Manager didn't say a word. I told the young fool that this was not proper customer service and that she needed to get herself together. It is sad to have people like this in the service industry! This is why I don't frequent places like this ever!

Why is it that fast food just can't seem to get it together? Food arrived ice cold and half missing. Can I get a refund for what I didn't receive? Because when I call any fast food establishment they don't seem to want to answer. Imagine that. Yet the workers want 15-20/hr.

Arby's potato cakes are my favorite, so since they're back I decided to stop to get some. This location has had cleanliness issues in the past, and it didn't look bad today. They seemed to have enough staff to handle customers without much wait. However, the young lady at the pick up window was eating from a bag of chips, licking her fingers, scratching in her hair, and then touching food items to put them in bags and give to customers. The person that seemed to be in charge was right there and had to see it happening. This is enough to turn my stomach, I threw the food away since this young person touched it. I will not be returning to this location no matter how convenient it is.

The worker name Sue, is very rude. I've currently been waiting in the store for over 10 minutes and sue still hasn't asked me anything. She also got mad at another customer and yelled across the lobby that he will be the last one to be served. Arby's do better!!!!!
