It always takes forever to get my food. Today, it took 13 minutes to get my food. I ordered 2 sliders, a fry, and a mozz stick. I did the online order and pickup. That's how I know it was 13 minutes. I'd rate higher if I didn't have to wait so long.

Somehow they were completely out of all meats at 5pm when my wife and I ordered. They said it would have been an hour and 40 minute wait before they had more even though they already took our online order and our money.
They never have roast beef at this location? Clearly this Arby’s does NOT have the meats.

There was no one in the dining room area. So I went in to eat thinking my order would be fulfilled correctly and nicely made. Oh I was so wrong. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Ended up somehow recieveing a wrap of chicken. Then when I had gotten my correct ? sandwich the lettuce was spoiled the tomatoe was smooshy which tells they've been sitting out for some time. Onions were so thin and sad. Only thing decent was the bread a meat I had to pick apart. I paid 7$ for this sandwich for it to be trash. The fries were okay. I got a dried out turnover and a drink.Parking: Kind of tight squeeze driving around but all the way around the building is parking for cars and smaller trucks,monster truck could fit. Not a semi though however there us extra parking right next door where old Kroger was.Kid-friendliness: Open dining room theme. No play land. However enough seating to sit alone with kids or special needs patient or kid.

This is the second time I have ordered the Pound and a half Roast Beef sandwich from this location. They do not know how to use a scale or maybe their scale has been broke....but definitely have not gotten what I ordered either time. Please make sure you check when ordering this particular sandwich.

My order is wrong literally every single time! Even when they go back and "fix it" it still comes back wrong. All I order is 2 6ct nuggets and 2 classic rb. I don't have time to call and complain every time. Please fix the accuracy issues!

We forgot to order a drink. Rather than just add it to the order they insisted I go back through the drive through line even though I hadn’t paid yet. Then they wanted me to pull up and wait on my food when there is no one else in line… so I literally had to go back through the drive through the drive through because they said they don’t allow “add one”
