My favorite Arby’s to go to in Toledo. Staff always does a great job. Went there around 6-7pm today, they were slammed and still took care of orders in a timely manner and were super professional. Management should give all the employees working today a raise!

Sadly this place has gone down hill. Stopped by to pick up a QUICK bite...ha what a joke. At first I waited for almost 5 minutes with out one car moving. Then I decided to go inside, and try my luck there 10 minutes went by with only one person in line before I could place my order. Then I waited another 10 minutes to receive my to go orderThe staff seemed overwhelmed, and not very well trained. The food was okay, but seemed smaller as well as more expensive...make up your mind...one or the other but not both.A tip for those of you either "dining" inside or picking up a order. DON'T park in one of the two parking areas that the drive through line goes through. If you park there you will have a tough time getting out as you will have to be able to drive through the SLOW drive through line to be able to leave. I was stuck for several minutes until someone kindly let me out. Poor designParking: Terrible parking design, easily can be trapped due to the drive through line blocking the parking spaces.

The sandwiches are way smaller than they appear in the advertisement and far to expensive.. sometimes they run a 2 for whatever deal but that's only because they know it's never what is advertised ... Me and the wife bought 2 meals and it was 34 dollars and some change that's ridiculous or maybe I'm just old ... Lol ... People at the window was very polite so service was awesome

I don’t know why I give this place my money. Nine times out of ten I get bad food. Went today and once again received cold fries, rubbery cold roast beef on a stale bun. I don’t know how they justify 20 dollars for 2 sandwiches and a fry. I’m done getting fleeced. I’ll be giving my money actual local restaurants from here out.
Server made me feel like I was being served by a robot but over all it was great food as always. Food didn't take

This location tends to forget multiple items more often than not, and every drive-thru worker I've encountered the last three times was either rude, incompetent, or both, including the supposed manager of this location who is completely incompetent and rude. She talked over me constantly, read the total before I was finished ordering and had to ask me repeatedly what items I wanted all while sounding annoyed at the whole interaction. Eventually left and called to talk to the manager when I got back to my apartment, and was told she was the one on the drive-thru, go figure. Suffice it to say, places with poor management usually treat customers and their own employees poorly, and the food is almost never correct. I love Arby's but I would avoid this location until they get new management

I had the good burger meal. Surprisingly to say it was really good. Arby's needs to keep it on the menu. Who knew that Arby's can cook burgers. If it stays on the menu I will go back for burgers and not just roast beef sandwiches.
