7/13/25. Central near McCord location. Service sucks!!! Stood at counter. No one came to the counter. The girl standing at the drive-thru decided she would rather be on her phone than helping a customer. Yes, I will skip Arby’s in the future. Business is really slow there anyway so what’s up with NOT wanting to do your job. Next time I will take pictures of the girl on her phone.

Dont order from this one via any service they will mess up the order and blame it on the service. When everyone knows the seal the bag they dont care about the customers. And after some looks at reviews this isnt a new deal. Lousy manager

Great location and have always had good food and friendly employees. Super bummed they don't have 5 pepper sauce anymore. That will greatly reduce the number of times a year I ear at Arby's at any location. Please pass that along my disappointment to the higher ups about the 5 pepper sauce. However, this is a great location and I am never disappointed here.

Don't expect to get what you see in the menu ! The Au Jus was 😞 awful. The restaurant was very clean though!

Long wait at drive thru window, 5 female employees inside , my order was 1 classic roast beef, one curly fry, one med coke. When I finally got served I asked what took so long and the employee said sorry she was waiting on fries, the fries were cold and certainly not the reason for the long wait. I’m a regular customer but not going back to this location
