Went through drive thru to get 4 for 10 roast beef. All 4 of the sandwiches were extremely pink in color. Called and spoke to manager around 7pm 3/5 and she said they would replace them. Fine, go back to get order replaced and was given 4 new sandwiches, all of which were pink as well!! Ultimately we didn’t eat any of the sandwiches and asked for a refund.

I'm only rating based on this location. The traffic is annoying. Unless you're traveling South on Talmadge, this location is gonna be hairy to roll into. Once arrived, however:The employees were polite and pleasant. Food was made proper and as expected.

I seem to always run into issues with this place. This time food was cold and order was wrong. Staff seemed decently friendly but I don’t understand how I can never receive my order the way I ask for it.

My review is based on a carry out order for my mom, but I went inside the restaurant to place the order. While there is a drive-through option, it was easy to park and go inside. Upon entering the restaurant, it seemed very clean and was decorated in a festive manner for Halloween. There weren't any customers dining in, probably because it was early for dinner and late for lunch. There were two associates who greeted me and took the order for two roast beef sandwiches with extra horsey sauce. The staff members were very friendly and explained the origin of horsey sauce as horseradish mixed with other ingredients. They said the name stuck because it made people smile. Both were very friendly and made pleasant conversation while I waited for the order. My mom was very pleased with her sandwiches and put one in the fridge to eat the next day. She said it was good quality meat and that everything was tasty. The other sandwich heated up well in the microwave the next day. Also, they were generous with the horsey sauce.I don't eat red meat so can't personally speak to the roast beef sandwiches, but my mom can be particular about her food, so I would say the Lambertville Arby's comes highly recommended.

Went to drive through Friday 9-8 at about 10:00pm. I ordered a half pound meal large size with a Diet Coke, seems pretty s simple? When I got to the window after waiting almost 15 minutes, I was asked what my order was? I repeated my order. The guy at the window then disappeared for about 10 minutes. When he returned, he asked again what my drink was. He handed me a bag and a drink. When I got home I got a completely different sandwich, fries that that been reheated several times and a regular coke! Pretty sad that you pay $12+ for a value meal and get this kind of service!

The staff (Samari) at this establishment is very rude to customers. There clearly needs to be some retraining on customer service. No matter when you visit this store this young woman displays horrible customer service. Rolling her eyes and ignoring customers request. This starts at the intercom when ordering. Definitely not fit to work with customers. And displaying such unprofessional behavior in the work place.
