I got the cinnamon sugar bites and they were very dry and very bland. Not to mention there was no cinnamon OR sugar on them! Dominic was the one serving us and he had no gloves on and also vaped right in front of us after helping us.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon at 3 and the only pretzels they had were cinnamon sugar had absolutely nothing else. This place has steadily gone down hill.

When I walked up to the counter to order, I was barely greeted. My pretzel bites were already sitting in a cup under the heat and I got cold cheese. The pretzels have been sitting there for I don't know how long and we're cool and kind of burnt. This is a disappointment. I usually love love love their pretzel bites. But I will not be going to the Franklin Park Auntie Anne's anymore.

I work at the mall and I can tell you this is the second worst anuti annes. Rude customer service and old pretzels not to mention the weight time for over 20 minutes.
