Had the most bizarre experience on 5/24/24 at 1030am. A lady and man working there completely ignored me when I asked them 'Are you open'... I tried again thinking they might not have heard me, but they both saw me there and chose to ignore me and continue what they were doing. It seemed like they might have been waiting for the other person to acknowledge?! If employees, they should not be working there! Extremely disrespectful. Also, the location was open per Google maps ?♀️

I got the cinnamon sugar bites and they were very dry and very bland. Not to mention there was no cinnamon OR sugar on them! Dominic was the one serving us and he had no gloves on and also vaped right in front of us after helping us.

Auntie Anne's pretzels always hit the spot. The wait was a little long, but the delicious buttery pretzel made the wait worth it.

Staff is super rude case was empty except for a few plain I asked for a pepperoni was told it would be 25-30 mins I asked why they said they have to make all the other pretzels before that can make the one I paid for how ridiculous when no one else was in line and waiting they could easily make it and put on a pan with other pretzels I could see 10
