Got Raspberry Bliss bubble tea. It had a big layer of white bubbles and tasted strongly bitter like soap. I don’t know if they had just cleaned the machine, but it wasn’t drinkable and a complete waste.

I would give them 100 stars if I could! So I placed delivery order tonight and when I got food I realized delivery driver had stolen half of what I ordered and I started crying?? I called balance downtown and young women I spoke to explaining what happened confirmed they had put everything in bag and indeed driver had stolen my items and offered to remake everything that was taken even though time I got to them it was after they were closed they still let me in and made replacement food for me and it made my whole week. Thank you so much, best staff ever!!! ❤️Edit: After I got back home though I did notice the tacos that I thought were fine (my remaining food from theif) they were not and were messed with so I'll call back later to see what else you guys could do for me but I appreciate everything you have done so far? Edit again: Called back and staff was so fricking nice and made replacement tacos for me all again since my original ones were messed with by stealing driver I had? Best customer service ever and so nice! Thank you guys so much!

I absolutely LOVE Balance, and never had an issue with any of their locations.... until I ordered delivery through Uber Eats using the Balance App. I will NEVER order delivery through Uber Eats using the Balance App again.$9 delivery fee which isn't clearly displayedOrder place at 2pm.Estimated delivery time 2:40pm.Now it changed to 3:20pm.And this CANNOT be disputed with Uber Eats because they say that delivery times can be adjusted due to external factors.I'm starving and pissed. By the time my food will be delivered it won't be fresh. I should have picked it up myself instead like I usually would. Balance, please get rid of Uber Eats.

This is my favorite takeout in town and there are a lot of takeouts in town. They grow all or almost all of their own greens in an on site vertical hydroponic (aquaponic?) greenhouse area at their downtown location. Food is excellent and consistent. I could say a lot more but I’ll leave it at that. Check out their website or mobile app for more info. Love this place.

If you like eating good healthy food then this is the place for you. Their ordering system is pretty simple. Order your food online or at the kiosk in the restaurant. The food was very tasty and the staff friendly. The price is very reasonable and the amount of food sufficient. I recommend this place for lunch on a daily basis.

I’m visiting Toledo from Richmond va and stumbled across this place right by my hotel. The staff was NOT friendly at all. They made it appear as though i was doing them a disservice by coming in and ordering lunch. No one greeted me, or even made eye contact with me, and they just flopped my order together like I was a nuisance. It was almost as if i didn’t exist. Very poor customer service especially when you have people visiting from out of town and near a very busy hotel and convention center.
