Balance Grille is FOREVER a favorite restaurant of mine and many of my friends. From build your own bowls, tacos, snacks, bubble teas, and customer service, you can’t go wrong! Balance is the shizzz! Everyone is always smiling and very welcoming. You can tell people genuinely enjoy working there. On top of bomb food ? Mango steak tacos and the Brussels are my favorite!

Really like the bubble tea and bowls here but otherwise some of the food has been dropping in quality. The creamy wontons I used to really enjoy but have lately always been super burnt and hard to chew. It also seems like the tacos are less filling than they used to be about a year ago but that may just be me misremembering.

Just so happen to be going there to eat. A silver Malibu impala sped past me blaring on her horn then pulled into the parking lot. Turns out it was a lady that worked there. Horrible person. Great food

Bowls are all good and have pretty fresh ingredients. Prices are decent for what you get. The only real downside is how long it takes - pretty consistently it's a 20+ minute wait after you order in restaurant. Even when you order on the app for pickup, half the time it isn't ready at the 20-minute pickup mark.

The vegetable rolls are good, and the tofu bang bang tacos are good. I also got the blue crush bubble tea without bubbles (I'm not a fan of bubbles). The service was cool, could be better.

I had a build your own bowl with chicken, wheat noodles, micro greens, sprouts, and radish kimchi. It was very good and very filling. Next time, I'll omit the noodles and opt for more veggies instead.
