Staff not very attentive, in back talking .. dining room floor area was littered with straw wrappers ,napkins, tables were crumb filled.. it is 10am.. and 3 people working should be unreasonably difficult to clean up .

Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order and it was one other customers in the store and 5 employees. Chicken noodle soup didn't have any vegetables or chicken and it was water down. The only thing that was good was the corn beef sandwiches. I will not be back

The heavy set colored lady working days made my wife's bagel and I guess didn't hear her say bacon on it, but we were charged for bacon at checkout because told them that was ordered. When the bagel was handed to us by the colored lady, she repeated everything but the bacon and we corrected her saying that bacon was on it and she kind of argued and had an attitude saying that she didn't hear us say bacon. Its not a big deal about forgetting bacon or not hearing us, just give me the bacon on the side and we could have moved on but the attitude was unnecessary. Then we sat down to eat and then we could hear her very clearly talking about us asking other employees if they heard that she ordered bacon and that's what really irritated us cause now it makes us feel like she thinks we were lying to get free stuff and it was paid for.

I wanted to purchase $100 worth of gift cards with $10 on each card … holiday special $5 bonus for every $25 spent. They would not give me the bonus unless I purchased a $25 gift card. Makes no sense. Turned away a $100 sale and 10 customers that would most likely spend more than $10. The manager was extremely nice/professional and the bagels I purchased were amazing

I only go for their veggie cream cheese and sometimes the cinnamon. It’s the best. Every visit has been pleasant except for one. It was my first visit and the cashier assumed I knew the check out routine…he was speaking to me like I was stupid. That aside, I would recommend this location (for now.)
My first time at the new location on Secor. I've been patronizing BB for over 20 yrs. Sylvania ,the old Westgate and Lambertville. This place was so filthy dirty we ordered soup to go and left. The fresh vegetables/toppings was so dirty,dried up looking . All along the see through plastic/glass was just old food that you can tell has been there for awhile. 6 employees standing there no other customers. Floor was filthy just awful Never going back. BB standards must of really went downhill. Lambertville not much better. Sylvania is the only one I will eat at Sad !
