I wanted to purchase $100 worth of gift cards with $10 on each card … holiday special $5 bonus for every $25 spent. They would not give me the bonus unless I purchased a $25 gift card. Makes no sense. Turned away a $100 sale and 10 customers that would most likely spend more than $10. The manager was extremely nice/professional and the bagels I purchased were amazing
I only go for their veggie cream cheese and sometimes the cinnamon. It’s the best. Every visit has been pleasant except for one. It was my first visit and the cashier assumed I knew the check out routine…he was speaking to me like I was stupid. That aside, I would recommend this location (for now.)
I always feel bad when I order because I don't know what the best order of operations is to minimize their running around. Do I tell them the sandwiches first or what type of bagel the sandwiches go on? Regardless, the staff always seems busy, but they are consistently polite and efficient. There's never much of a weight even though they're relatively busy most of the time. I just wish they would reopen a store in Bowling Green.
