Up your game with your packaging if not don’t render your services on food delivery apps. Your ice-cream was far from frozen, it was absolutely all melted and all over in the bag. The strawberry tres-leches that we selected as an option for the banana split, didn’t even taste anywhere close to a tres-leches.
Also, why ask what we wanted in the toppings, if you didn’t want to add it anyway ? Highly unprofessional packing, maybe this is why Baskins - Robins is globally down in the dumps. Just running because of your past legacy with no real value any more

I am a regular at Baskin Robbins. Everyone knows my order by now, I drive 30 mins almost everyday to get me and my kids ice cream. Today we get there at 8:55 (5mins before closing) and they had the door locked! Me and my kids are knocking on the door as they’re not supposed to lock up till 9! The whole time they’re just laughing and whispering to each other, and ignoring us while we’re in the pouring rain. They were so incredibly rude and disrespectful I hope they both get fired!!!

If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. Loyal customer but the last time I came with my friends they messed up one of their orders and put nuts on it when she’s ALLERGIC. We told them they didn’t mention nuts so they remade it AND made me pay for the first one that she couldn’t eat, which I didn’t have a problem with since they were remaking it. But once remade they told me I could only get the new one if I paid for it aswell. We told them how they didn’t mention the nuts and they argued with us saying we couldn’t get the new one although I paid almost $9 for the first one. As we walked out the girls behind the counter were talking about us. Never had such bad customer service. Won’t be returning.

We’re regular customer at this Baskin Robbins and have been getting ice cream and cappuccino blasts from here for the last few years. Today, for the first time, the cappuccino blast tasted just like milk and sugar with no hint of cappuccino. I called to inform them and requested to bring it back for an exchange for the normal we always get. They refused to let me return it and wouldn't provide the manager's name. It literally tasted like milk and sugar! Very disappointing experience.

We are loyal customers and drive 15 minutes to come here for the capp blast. Usually there are never any issues, and the service is decent. However, this time was genuinely one of the most frustrating experiences. When we were handed our beverage it was clearly the wrong color - supposed to be a coffee tan color, this one was white. I try it regardless and it did not taste right, it tasted like pure vanilla. We have them remake it, they hand it again to us and it is the same white color, we give it a chance and we both try it…now it tastes like Jamocha, not the normal cappuccino flavor at all. We have them remake it again, and they said they have to charge us because they remade it already, even though we didn’t keep the previous 2 because they were gross. I have been getting capp blasts since I was 14, so I am pretty sure I know what it is supposed to taste like. After my husband paid it, I called the “supervisor” to express my frustration and she immediately had a defensive tone, talked over me and could care less about my issue. She tried to tell me that it was made correctly and that it’s not their fault it tasted weird and she can’t do refunds. I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service, it was really unfortunate to have this experience. They lost us as customers.
