Drive Thru was closed. Stood inside for almost 10 min no employees insight. There are 24 security cameras on site. Went for my phone and returned again. 5 cars pulled up for drive thru and had to come in. The employees are now out front asking if I need time for the menu. Told them I had already been here 10 min.

Unexceptional behavior from the Staff when I was ordering I just heard loud noises in the back and on the corner of my eye I saw one female and two guys messing with the food and toppings. I remember when this Baskin-Robbins was the best one in town now it's run down place where teenagers just want money and don't care about customer quality.

The hours outside the store and on the website say they are open until 9pm. We got there around 8:40pm and all doors were locked, and the drive through was blocked. All the employees inside were just standing around. The three of us and another car with 5 people were told they closed 10 minutes early. Change the hours if you don’t want to serve people!

Watch out / smart mouth white girls ITold her 3 toppings when recieved no toppings she said I put on bottom. Pointed to sm amt of fudge , so believe her and drove on. Once I opened only a tiny hot fudge No Strawberry ? or pineapple ?I went back and told her she lied. Did not want a refund. Apparently they get so bored they play smart Alec games on week mening customers, Also I had left $1 tip. Never happened before

Went to the store around 7pm. Only one other car in the drive though and I waited at the window for 30 mins. Got my ice cream and came home, ate my banana split and 10 mins goes by and me and my girlfriend are feeling sick after having the ice cream from here. Felt like it was sitting in my throat and it came up and I was vomiting. DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL. 1ST TIME AT THIS LOCATION AND WAS NOT INPRESSED FROM THE MOMENT I WENT TO ORDER , STAFF WAS RUDE AND CLEARLY UNSANITARY.

usually get good shakes here but when my boyfriend and i came through tonight our shakes had huge chunks of ice in them..??? they weren’t even drinkable and we ended up throwing them away, really disappointed especially since we gave the girls working a 5 dollar tip

Went there today at 210 this afternoon. Says they were open for take out and drive thru. Drive thru blocked, and all doors were locked even though people were inside. Very disappointed not being open in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. Maybe they could post their actual hours, inside of open til 9.
Ice cream was good but the board was hard to read because it was not lit well and the worker had no idea what had and did not have gluten in it.

Awful. Worker arguing with me about what heath candy is. I was given Snickers which I don't like I told them it was wrong and they were rude and basically just said too bad. I will never come back here. Avoid it's not worth the trouble

I would recommend it if it were ever open. I have driven by it 4 times this week alone and it is closed in the middle of the day, after 5. Guess no one wants to work these days
