Great food very polite staff
Great food options! Great service!
This place has gone downhill so bad. It was dirty, greasy tables. Bathroom was gross. I won't be going to this location again. I hope the one in Ann Arbor is still ok.

First and last time I come. I don't really complain to much however, the food was luke warm at best, thinga that shouldn't be spicy are spicy, the soup taist plasticy and the inside was freezing, its November. Will not be coming back.
Have been here at least 3 times in the past year. I’m here right now. Restaurant’s floors are always disgusting when I come, either slippery or sticky. Last time and today they were sticky like they never clean them. Restaurant is always empty as well like they are going to go out of business soon. I keep trying to go back hoping they’ll improve but it’s a smell when you walk in, sticky/filthy floors and the bathrooms are super dirty like they never clean them. It’s amazing to me they’ve stayed open for a year since I started going.
We come because our family is a mix of plant based and carnivores and they offer great options for all diners - owners:CLEAN UP THE RESTAURANT! I’m shocked you let it be so filthy.
I understand as well today it’s hard to find employees who perform well but implement a “no phone” at work policy for your cooks especially. Tried to ask him a question today 3 times and he was so engrossed in his phone he didn’t hear us. Will be contacting the health department to see if they passed inspections and request they visit them cause it’s ridiculous how filthy the place is for a restaurant
One of my favorites! Try the Yum Yum sauce. It's delicious!

Haven't been to Mongo in a while and we were severely disappointed. It looks like the place is about to go to out of business. Half of the lights in the place were flickering, the bar is shut down and no alcohol is served, we got our food cooked and got back to the table before the server had brought drinks, the one kids meal we ordered was Mac and cheese microwaved so much is was dry. There were servers wearing slides, our servers hair was down to her knees and not pulled back at all, the grill area was filthy, and the bathrooms look like they hadn't been cleaned in several days. I don't believe the place could pass a health inspection.

Apparently there isn't a kids menu even though it's on the kids menu worst experience of my like. If you want salmonella and to blow your money on bs please stop on by. They don't even have a manager

Dont waste your time and money here. So they no longer have a alcohol license apparently so no drinks with dinner anymore. This used to be one of my favorite places but no more. They have really, really gone down hill since covid. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was good. The service was not. The hostess was nowhere to be seen when we came in and we stood up there for like 5 -10 minutes. Then when she did show she couldn't seat us because she had no menus and had to go find them. So another 5 minutes or so waitingon her. The cooks were not interactive at all and only spoke with each other. So sad to see this place falling so low.

Food and service was great.
Ordered a side salad with ranch dressing, but there was no ranch dressing.
The mens room needs major attention.
Only one sink works.
The soap dispenser is broken.
There is nothing to dry hands with. Walked out of the mens room with my hands dripping wet.
Vegetarian options: I ordered Unlimited Bowls with a side salad.
Dietary restrictions: The server alerted the grill cooks of cross-contamination concerns by writing "seafood allergies" on my grill ticket. The grill cooks kindly segregated my food.
Parking: Decent parking. Short walk.

I have been to other BDs many times! It’s one of my favorite places to go! But if this was my first time going to BDs, it would have been my last. The cooks were not trained well. Some people’s food was burnt and my wife’s chicken was raw! The cooking area was also pretty dirty. The only positive thing to say was about our waiter. He did a phenomenal job! He was friendly, helpful, and funny!
Dietary restrictions: Would not recommend if you have allergies. Cross-contamination.
