Understaffed. Took a while to be seated despite many open seats. While we were getting our food they gave our seat away. Took too long to get drink refills. Not the same place it used to be.

Missing items. No marinated chicken. Items covered and not opened. Libs kept falling everywhere. Could not fine items. No season salt. Very few seasons in general. Disappointed. Price also up.

What happened? This place went down hill.All the ingredients were empty. I had to ask for chicken and beef. The waitress filled it up, but left all the other ingredients empty.There was only 1 cook trying his hardest to keep up. He tried cooking 12 orders at once. Everything was burning, over cooked on one side. He would do each meal and then go to the next while only 1 side cooked. Poor guy, seemed new. I felt so bad for him.Where is the manager? Why is the manager not helping? Talking to the impatient and upset customers. Helping the customers know where to stand. Everyone was confused. At least help with rice.Intead of sitting at the table comfortably, we have to stand and watch this guy struggle. Watching our food burn. I am not sure why they went back to this idea.Food was all over the floor and all over the counter. The place looked.like a mess. Nothing had been wiped down, stocked or swept.It 7:30pm on a Monday. It wasn't even remotely busy, but we had to wait 5 minutes before some met us to sit us down.We bought 6 meals, that's a lot of money for this type of service. I doubt we will ever go back. This will be the common theme unless you make some changes.

My husband and I were shocked to go into this once-great establishment tonight and see what it has become. Absolutely disgusting floors - sticky, covered in grease, black dirt and grime, and the same could be said for every single surface - tables, chairs, booths, etc. There was dust on the DoorDash pickup area, paint on the walls is chipping, and the entire place is dated and sad. No upbeat music, just met with a weird greasy smell when you go inside. What was that once an exciting and creative place to eat, was just tired and sad. It seems as if management is walking around with a blindfold on to not recognize the poor condition of the business.I will comment that the staff were very friendly, but after being seated at our dirty sticky table, we decided to leave and not dine in. Hopefully someone reads all of the reviews mentioning the cleanliness of this restaurant and they can turn it around.

I had a nice experience as usual. The food was cooked well and fast. My server Caroline was very busy and still stopped several times to make sure I was ok. I felt at home and not shoved out the door even though it was busy. Highly recommended!

They burned our food the waiter was terrible they had nobody helping on the grill I could hardly eat my meal because it was so burntIt was my first time there and I was not impressed with it at all will I go back probably
