I have to change my review, sadly. While the food is still decent, the staff were not attentive. It took a long time for my table to get our orders in, as well as a long time to be served said orders.
We were there on a Thursday night for the Family Fued game, and the host was not friendly. I say this because we had asked him to turn down the extremely loud music and he visibly was upset about this request. He didn't turn the music down at all.
We also brought the idea to our server and asked that the music be turned down just a smidgen and she was dismissive by saying that it is always loud, and that it will be quieter once the game starts. The music was paused only when the host was speaking and then the loud music would start again. My guest and I had a hard time hearing each other to the point that we were shouting at each other just to be heard. The loud music made our heads and our ears hurt and we aren't that old.
Bier Stube isn't a club, and the atmosphere should reflect that. If we wanted the club experience, we would have gone to one.
We used to come here often, but the fact that the host and the server wouldn't handle our simple request makes us wonder if we should find another place to go for family fun.

Bartender was awesome! Food was great, For some reason french onion soup took longer than the wings which is cool. It all ties back to having an understaffed restaurant. 40 people by noon time, 1 worker in the kitchen, and 1 bartender. “But we arent hiring we are fully staffed”. Personally, the owner needs a reality check.

The bar staff is very rude. We sat there one night, ate food, drank, and danced. Our tab was almost $200 for 4 of us. Every time we needed a drink we had to ask. Once we got up to dance later in the night and the bartender took away our drinks. When we came back we asked where our drinks went and he said he cleaned up because "we left". Our coats were still on our chairs and we hadn't settled our tabs. When we asked to get our drinks back, he said we would have to pay for more. He said we did not put our napkins on top of our drinks, so that means we left. We weren't rude, bothersome or anything. Why would I want to put a dirty napkin on top of my glass. I won't be back!
