Had their dinner bell dinners for 8.99. Very disappointed I ordered country fried steak. Was cold, mashed potatoes were runny and gravy was very thick and clumpy. No one was in restaurant except 2 elder gentlemen eating alone. Restaurant is very stark and not very inviting. Not very happy with meal Server was very pleasant and attentive. Rate her a 10. Place was very cold, had to keep coats on.

The last few times I have come to this location they have taken over half an our passed the promised time. While you sit and wait you hear nothing but complaining and clearly poor management. My order sat for 15 minutes and nobody told me it was ready because “I forgot about it” as she chatted with staff and did nothing the whole time. Very infuriating and I won’t be going to this location again. I recommend going to the next closest Bob evans.

This is the worst bob Evans in the area. The service is terrible. We waited 10 mins sitting at the counter before we decided to go somewhere else. This use to be a good bob Evans. What happened. Maybe you need to hire someone that cares about customer service. Also clean the bathrooms. Dirty
