Although the amount of customers that come to the store has decreased rapidly due to the changes in the way that the highway was reconstructed they still have great customer service excellent food and a great environment. Always come here to pick up chicken noodle soup by the quart anytime I'm sick or any of my friends or family are sick. They also have really cool retro old school candies and just a very large menu with many options even including alcohol now!

Service was great! Waitress super friendly. Some mix up with our order and we we tree informed immediately, given dinner rolls and bread at no cost to hold us over, which it did. Our Waitress gave our great grandson a cookie for being so well behaved!

I had country fried steak with gravy and hash browns and biscuits. Bob Evans always has good food. The waitress was awesome so we both tipped her. My boyfriend ordered a omelette and he forgot to order cheese in it, she came running back about 5 minutes later and said do you want cheese because you never said anything. She was a good waitress. My country fried steak was so good tender inside crispy outside The gravy just made it all the better!

My husband fell and we needed meals for a couple of days to keep us going while he recovered. The FOOD was delicious. Tasted very home cooked and the pot roast was perfect! Our driver bought everything in to help me. It was a great experience!

They sold me a mug which was defective, but because it wasnât âobviously defectiveâ and only noticeable after I washed it, they acted like they did me a favor by allowing me to exchange it for another retail item. Just because something doesnât seem defective when you buy it, doesnât make it not defective, and you did not do me a favor by allowing me to exchange it (with another mug that was cheaper by the way and that I expressed I did not like as much).
This also caused this manager not to even offer a refund since she acted like she did me a favor.
That was not a favor. Do better. Donât go to this Bob Evanâs.

I first had issues ordering online, so I called in my order. The order was for a steak tips dinner. The sides I chose were mashed potatoes with brown/beef gravy and mac and cheese. The gravy was missing, and the macaroni smelled as if it hadn't been properly refrigerated and had spoiled. The steak tips, mushrooms, and onions were all burned to the point of being inedible. I also ordered extra rolls, but they were stale. When I picked up my order, I was told there weren't enough rolls, so I was given an equally hard and old biscuit. The one good part of the order was the pumpkin loaf, which was perfect. I order from this store frequently because I live in the area, but I didnât receive the same courtesy, customer service, or consistency that I usually do at this location. I'm very disappointed.
