I was extremely disappointed in this location. For starters, the interior is worn out and dirty. They were understaffed and our service suffered as we shared a server with a table with a party of 25 people...nobody helped the server with her other tables when she was contained with the larger group. When we got our food, I could not believe they would serve food like that! We ordered chicken and it came out severely overcooked and dried out! The side dishes were cold and we did not receive refills on our drinks. My family has patronized Bob Evans restaurants for many years...and we've eaten in locations all over. This is the first time I have ever seen a Bob Evans restaurant in this type of way! I will not return.

Generous servings. Attentive service. It is easily accessible for a wheelchair. Dinner Bell menu offers smaller but plentiful portions.Wheelchair accessibility: Had no trouble with getting around and tables are very compatible with my chair.

Dispite my teeth hurting from braces, food was amazing! Waitress was energetic and full of love energy, and got everything swiftly when politely requested! Everything overall tasted too good I thought I was dreaming.Kid-friendliness: Waitress was polite and very nice, was always checking up!

Location in Toledo in Central Ave was a bit slow. We were seated for 15-20 minutes before anyone came to the table for a drink order. After that it was sporadic service but better than being ignored. Hopefully the next time we dine in the service will be better.
