After the hostess tells me that they can't seat me because the kitchen is backed up. I waited over a half hour for a table, and they hadn't sat anyone in that time period. Three couples got on the list after me and decided to leave. During that time period, all they did was serve to go orders. Even after several people got up from the tables to leave, they still hadn't set me down, so I left. I feel they're giving too much priority to to-go orders and not enough to customers that are sitting down to eat.

It took over an hour to get seated and get our food. Our food came out Luke warm, my bun was hard as a rock. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Very understaffed very poor service waste time

3.89usd for a cup of coffee the portions have been reduced to virtually nothin the quality of the food has more than slipped.This last trip to bobs will be my last trip never again. I grew up eating on Saturdays at this place where it was standing room only waiting for a table now at 330ish next to an assisted living home 5 tables including me. The prices are through the roof for what it is they keep changing the menu to things nobody wants just to save a buck. I miss the good ole days

It took forever to get a server to show up and they weren't that busy. At least not busy enough that the servers didn't spend most of their time hiding behind the wall. I didn't get a refill until I asked for my check and I never got a kids menu so I had to order from the adult menu for my kids. The food was disappointing to say the least, portions were small and poorly plated, of you're going to reduce portions at least serve them on smaller plates.

Me and my mom used to go to the heatherdowns location in Toledo Ohio we don't anymore we went in there about a couple months ago and they weren't very busy they had one waitress and it looks like maybe a manager that had came from home and didn't put his uniform on was the cook person at the carry out area and the hostess. The food was cold and inedible and since there was only one waitress it's very slow to get our food it really made my mom upset because this was her favorite location she lives down the street from it. I also noticed that the bathrooms smelled like the sewer head backed up I'll go to the one on Dussel cuz they do a lot better job and they look like they actually have employees that work there and the food's been good but I would not go to this location at all

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a side of mashed potatoes. It said 15 minutes. I was there 15 minutes later and waited 45 more minutes for my food. Then to top it off the whole place smells like feces. I ended up getting a refund.Like I am blown away by the poor service and the cleanliness of the building. I wouldn't recommend this Bob Evans to anyone!

They need a new cook. Ate here 6 months ago and same issues, cook doesn't listen to instructions. Bacon comes in blobs and not well done. Eggs are a mess. Crossing this one off the list. Thank you for the fast response.
