The food was good and hot, the place was clean, bathrooms were nice. Service was VERY SLOW and they weren't busy.

The staff likes to ignore you when you walk in the door gives DoorDash and extremely hard time has an attitude all of the staff especially the manager. You can’t even ask a ETA on a meal without getting attitude back extremely negative environment to be in.

Came in for my birthday. Ordered my meal they brought me the wrong food. Then heard the staff blaming me for getting the wrong food. Never got what I ordered. Ruined my birthday breakfast.

They were way understaffed, every table had problems with their food. The amount of food was very small. Our waitress was really trying, but the kitchen was awful and the manager was clueless about fixing anything or jumping in to cook

Waitress was great. One star for service because we waited 40 minutes to be seated. NO ONE was seated during our 40 minute wait. Lots of customers left so there were empty tables. Manager doesn't know how to manage. At least a dozen people left who weren't willing to wait.

I came in on my not-so-best behavior because of some bad service at a nearby restaurant. I want to offer my apologies to the server and the house manager who, despite feigning ignorance when I brought it up, picked up on my snarky comments.

You all provided nothing but the best service, and you deserved better than what I gave you. Also, thank you for the extra rolls and bread. At least you were able to deliver on that (since the other restaurant didn't), and I really appreciate that.

After the hostess tells me that they can't seat me because the kitchen is backed up. I waited over a half hour for a table, and they hadn't sat anyone in that time period. Three couples got on the list after me and decided to leave. During that time period, all they did was serve to go orders. Even after several people got up from the tables to leave, they still hadn't set me down, so I left. I feel they're giving too much priority to to-go orders and not enough to customers that are sitting down to eat.

It took over an hour to get seated and get our food. Our food came out Luke warm, my bun was hard as a rock. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil.
