We really enjoyed our brunch at Brim House. The view of the river is really nice. Our server, Connor, gave us great service. The vegan tacos were very well seasoned and the Rueben Benedict was amazing and so creative. Thanks for a great time!

Went to eat for my wife's birthday. Her steak was amazing, it just melted in your mouth. My chefs pick for the fish was just as good. The cod fell apart in my mouth and had a great mix of flavors to it. Service was top notch, my wife's steak was overcooked before it came out and they gave us a free order of duck fat fries, glass of wine for my wife, and beer for me. It was our first time dining there and I have a feeling we will be back!

Restaurant in a Renaissance Hotel. Service was great and food was great. They delivered on a jammy egg for my Reuben Benedict which sold me on them. Poutine had no cheese curd so probably should've been called something else. Our waitress Carrie was lovely and very helpful.

Had a GREAT experience. Arrived before our reservation to grab a drink before we sat. They were very accommodating. When we were ready to sit for dinner, they sat us right away. Food was AMAZING! Service incredible. We will def be back. I couldn't recommend it enough.

We were staying at the hotel and came down for a few cocktails. The service was slow at the bar, even though they appeared to have enough staff, and the staff seemed uninterested in being there. It was very crowded due to number of holiday parties but no one had a sense of urgency except the bar backs. We left after one round of expensive cocktails. Do not order an Old Fashion here - the bartender that made ours had no idea what he was doing. The atmosphere was excellent and we loved the outdoor area.I am hopeful it was just an off night and maybe the staff was overwhelmed and tired from the holiday season. We will try again if we are back in the area.

This restaurant is hidden behind the lobby inside Renaissance Hotel in downtown Toledo.First of all, the bar offers a great selection of cocktails and top shelf liquor. The bartender, DAVID, should win the best bartender of Toledo award. He was very professional, personable, made well balanced cocktails and knew the details of the food menu. As a side note David very professionally handled a customer who became shockingly disturbed once he was told that basket of bread was not part of the menu.I sat at the bar which was very comfortable. The bar offers a wide variety of cocktails and top shelf liquor. There is a large restaurant pass the bar and additional sitting in the bar area. For dinner I decided on BBQ PORK OSSO BUCCO with a side of one of their Ohio brewed crafter drafts. Fall off the bone braised pork with well paired sides was absolutely delicious.Overall, great experience. I must admit I used to go to the restaurant on the rooftop of this hotel but that stopped after discovering this little gem on the main floor.P.S. The restaurant is open to the PUBLIC so you don’t need to be a quest to dine here.Parking: There is a garage across the street but you can also valet park

I ended up here for a brunch with my friends. The ambiance is very nice, and the service was great! The food was good, although drinks and food are both a tad more expensive than i really care to pay. I had a burger and fries and it was good. I wasnt wowed by it, but i had a great time with my girlfriends!

Food and service were good. Prices for drinks and food were a bit high. Atmosphere was good with the exception of the smell of exhaust fumes intermittently throughout the time we were there.

We will return again and again to enjoy delicious meals at the Brim House ( the lobster risotto was outstanding). The service is excellent and Terrance was attentive and most welcoming. Highly recommend for a casual but elegant meal with a lovely view of the
