I hate to say it but this restaurant gets worse and worse the years that go by. I have witnessed the management at this location treat employees in ways that are inexcusable. BW3 needs to totally wipe the slate at the Central location, the very definition of poor management. If you wait tables do NOT work here, after witnessing their ways more than once I refuse to give them a cent. Do better, treat employees with respect. I truly hope the entire staff walks out on these jerks. Server was great, food was OK but the cook was probably getting yelled at and talked down too like my server. How do employers expect people to work in such an unwelcoming environment is beyond me.

Took the family here during a very busy time. The kitchen was backed up but you could tell they were working hard to get orders made. The servers were running the food out as quickly as it came up, our drinks were always filled, and most of all our server Ellivia was so patient with my son who had a ton of questions and couldn't decide what he wanted to order. Please tell her thank you!

BEWARE OF SERVER ELLIVIA!!! She is the worst server I’ve ever seen. We asked to have our wing’s separate she refused to do that then told us we never asked her then continues to argue and yell in my wife’s face and stomps off to the manager like a brat!

We visited the restaurant at around 4:30pm on March 2nd. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk informed us that no booths were available, even though we noticed two empty ones. After we were seated at a table, a couple who arrived after us were immediately guided to one of the booths. When I inquired about the discrepancy, a waitress consulted the front desk, only to return with an implausible excuse for why we couldn’t have the booth, despite another still being visibly unoccupied. Disappointed by the dishonesty and poor treatment, we decided to leave and not return. Having frequented this establishment numerous times over the years, this experience was particularly disheartening.
The food all tasted like it was cooked in the same dirty grease. We did have an awesome server and the restaurant appeared clean.

Ordered take out and it said it would be ready at 8pm. I was there right on time and was told it would be 5-10 more minutes. It ended up being 30 mins. Then my wings weren't very saucy at all.
