Best cheese burger I've had from any restaurant in a long time. So good I went back to tell them in person and leave a bigger tip.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon after watching a movie at the theater in the mall. My burger had too much salt and was almost inedible. The cheese on the burger was also not good. The service wasn’t great either, and the employees were inattentive during my visit.

would not recommend this place to anyone. awful service, awful attitudes, and awful food. the staff seemed very rude and never once communicated with us about our receipt, any wait times, or where to go to wait for food, then got my order mixed up with the person waiting before us. then after waiting 10 minutes for the food it wasn’t even edible. the mozzarella sticks were cooked so long that there was no cheese in them. very disappointed in the service we received and do not plan on supporting this place in the future.

I don't understand how it can be a Saturday lunch time, prime time for customer traffic on weekends and they do not have any drinks except for Pepsi or Diet Pepsi. Poor inventory control. Also the drinks tasted like they were low on syrup. Watered down.
Then their ice cream had incorrect labels to match what they were offering or missing labels all together.
Then don't get me started on incorrect order of food. Is my bacon actual bacon or is it burnt ham? I have no idea.

I’ve seen some mixed reviews on here, but I’ve gotten food from here a few times and have never had an issue. The food is always fresh and the employees are genuinely nice people. They make your food to order every single time and some people can get impatient waiting for it, but I couldn’t care less knowing it’s always going to be good. If you aren’t in the mood for one of the three Chinese and Japanese restaurants or supporting a major chicken corporation, this locally owned restaurant is the place to go. Seriously.

Our server was excellent and the burgers were great! I appreciate a person who handles a ungrateful impatient I want my money back person who needs a throat punch.
Went to try the food and as we were standing back reading the menu the cashier looks into the tip cup and proceeds to yell “ wow Toledo don’t know how to tip “ , needless to say after that classless comment we took our business elsewhere .

Pretty trashy and classless , disappointed too because we really wanted to try their burgers .

My pregnant wife wanted a burger. Went up to the counter, and was rudely told by the only attendant at the counter that she was break and couldn’t take my order.Handful of people in the back, doing nothing.Either:The counter attendant was lazy and preferred to sit on her phone instead of work.OrThe entire business went on break at the same time, which is a foolish management issue for a mall food court restaurant.Either way, we’ll never be back. You ruined our first experience, so is it our last.

First time there, husband's Rodeo Burger was a disaster. No cheese, no onion rings... they were out?? Asked for lettuce to be added.. no lettuce, though it's on the receipt that it was requested. Take out order, don't live close, didn't find it out until we got home. I was very excited to try them, had read very good reviews about their food. Definitely not recommending now.
