Burger King in Toledo

“This is the best run fast food location of ANY brand in the area. Rex at the drive thru is super nice, but so is the staff inside. Hopefully the store will get a refresh soon as it is a little tired inside. But the franchisee and BK corporate should be proud of this location.“

“The staff was incredibly friendly, there was a lady who was working the register that did her absolute best to help me save money. I had a very large order & she went above and beyond to ensure that she placed the order in a fashion that would help me save the most money based on the deals offered!! She was an absolute sweetheart!!“

“I drove up on 7/9/25 at 8:30pm and was able to quickly get through the drive thru. I got told my tots would be super hot so be careful, they all were so sweet and kind and made my burger and sundae to perfection!! The tots were hot and crispy and everything was just awesome!!!! I normally don't do this unless I'm upset about something but I had to say that crew is the BOMB!! they need a raise! 👌😉“

“I was on a road trip and I stopped. Last time I did this I ended up at a Burger King that was atrocious. I gave a review on that store too.
This time it was beautiful! The bathroom was clean, the restaurant area it was unbelievable how clean this place was. I actually had walked out the door stopped turned around went back in and complimented the lady who was mopping the floor on how clean the place was and that I have never seen a Burger King that clean in my life.“

“I just left there, the workers are awesome but my order is always wrong by the time I get home, yes I should check but with hungry kids, no time, they're just ready to eat, and I thought maybe they'd get it right considering I was the only one in line.“

“I went through the drive thru of this Burger King with my wife and they had just closed breakfast. The man taking our order had an accent and was the most patient, kind man and got us breakfast at nearly 10:40am. I rarely feel compelled to leave a review, but that really warmed my heart!“

“I don't usually leave reviews for fast food but here I am,, My grandson and I just had lunch today at this location. Everything tasted great, super fast and the store was clean. I just wanted to thank the staff at Alexis Rd for crazy quick service and fresh tasty lunch (12pm). Even my 12yrold grandson commented on how fast and great tasting everything was.

“On a long drive from out of town, stopped here to get the family food. Christian (sp?) took our order. This gentleman showed great work ethic and amazing customer service!! Had to give 4 stars because they forgot the zesty sauce for the onion rings :-(“

“Ordered 2 # 7 meals which is chicken sandwich
Got home 1 chicken sandwich one fish
Came back had to wait 20 minutes for bad attitudes because we paid $30 and wanted our order correct! What is this world coming to when you can't get what you paid for!! Never going to this location again! Train your people!!“

“It's hard to have a bad experience at Burger King, and thankfully I didn't get to find out what that's like. I really enjoyed that Morticia kooky shake and look forward to trying out the rest of the spooky season/Addams family food items out. However, I do wish that they had either introduced a new onion ring or at least out an effort to season the ones they currently use. Lol I was a bit let down to find out it was the exact same, normal onion ring.“
