Burger King in Toledo

“Got a whooper Jr combo...the person. In front of me left cause the drive thru line was having an issue. I pulled up to pay and explained what had happened. The manager came over to help the gentleman. She hands me,$.60 and says he overcharged me. I responded with, "I have not paid yet?" But told me to pull ahead. The next window handed me a drink, and I told her I did not pay yet, but she handed my food and said, "Don't worry about it, and to have a great day! So they paid me $.60 to get a #5 combo! Okay, then!“

“The best Burger King in the city, friendly staff, fresh food always. A1 staff number 1 in the city hands down every visit! Thank you for never disappointing kisses to the cooks, servers, and drive-thru always polite and respectful. The city loves you! Keep it up!“

“I drove up on 7/9/25 at 8:30pm and was able to quickly get through the drive thru. I got told my tots would be super hot so be careful, they all were so sweet and kind and made my burger and sundae to perfection!! The tots were hot and crispy and everything was just awesome!!!! I normally don't do this unless I'm upset about something but I had to say that crew is the BOMB!! they need a raise! 👌😉“

“Friday the 13th 2025 at 11:00 p.m....Stopped in craving a double Whopper with cheese cut in half add bacon not to mention heavy mayonnaise!! Took one bite when I pulled out the parking lot.. I had to turn around and go meet the cook and gave her a $20 tip... It's hard to find good service and food in Toledo especially late night.. the young lady that took my order she was pleasant and respectful!! Oh I forgot one major point! from the time I place my order at the drive-thru window and pick my Whopper up maybe 3 minutes...“

“I went to the Burger King at Monroe and Central Avenue. I walked in and was going to order at the counter and then just decided to do an online purchase. I wanted to try the chicken fries and the mozzarella fries and then I just ordered some regular fries with that. I placed two identical orders except one had 12 chicken and one had eight. Food was great. Only critique is that when I got home I realize there wasn't any marinara sauce for the mozzarella fries. And I checked the bag before I left the restaurant and just didn't realize. So partially my fault for not noticing and asking for it while I was there but then again they also didn't put it in there to begin with so there is that. Other than that everything was great. I don't eat fast food that often but when I do Burger King is one of four places I will go.“

“I went through the drive thru of this Burger King with my wife and they had just closed breakfast. The man taking our order had an accent and was the most patient, kind man and got us breakfast at nearly 10:40am. I rarely feel compelled to leave a review, but that really warmed my heart!“

“On a long drive from out of town, stopped here to get the family food. Christian (sp?) took our order. This gentleman showed great work ethic and amazing customer service!! Had to give 4 stars because they forgot the zesty sauce for the onion rings :-(“

“I was on a road trip and I stopped. Last time I did this I ended up at a Burger King that was atrocious. I gave a review on that store too.
This time it was beautiful! The bathroom was clean, the restaurant area it was unbelievable how clean this place was. I actually had walked out the door stopped turned around went back in and complimented the lady who was mopping the floor on how clean the place was and that I have never seen a Burger King that clean in my life.“

“I’ve been to this location multiple times since the renovation. Always impressed by how friendly and professional the employees are. I’ve done mobile order pickups, drive thru for lunch, and now a couple dinners there. (Usually custom orders for several people.) Food is always correct and HOT. Very different atmosphere than the other local fast food restaurants. It's now the only place I bother to visit when I want something quick.“

“I don't usually leave reviews for fast food but here I am,, My grandson and I just had lunch today at this location. Everything tasted great, super fast and the store was clean. I just wanted to thank the staff at Alexis Rd for crazy quick service and fresh tasty lunch (12pm). Even my 12yrold grandson commented on how fast and great tasting everything was.

“It's hard to have a bad experience at Burger King, and thankfully I didn't get to find out what that's like. I really enjoyed that Morticia kooky shake and look forward to trying out the rest of the spooky season/Addams family food items out. However, I do wish that they had either introduced a new onion ring or at least out an effort to season the ones they currently use. Lol I was a bit let down to find out it was the exact same, normal onion ring.“
