Was good the past few months. One of the 2 good workers must've quit. Theres usually 3 people standing around not doing anything. Last time I went I sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes just to be ignored. I usually order online but it wasnt working. Waste of my time and had to go back to work with no lunch.

I cannot stand workers who clock in and not want to actually do their job. Why would I want to waste money ?!!! I asked for 3 simple egg and cheese croissants. I got 3 cold cheese and sausage croissants. I should’ve known something was wrong when the lady tossed me my bag to quick and hurriedly closed the window. Only 2 people in the drive through and my order was disregarded. Snowy day and unfortunately I didn’t open my bag until I was far gone. Bypass this location full speed.

On thanksgiving I stopped by to purchase a single coffee. The black female employee looked me in my face and walked in the back with not so much as one word. After maybe five minutes iI left the audacity seriously..

Absolutely ridiculous experience at Burger King.
I pulled up to pick up an order and the lady tells me there’s no employees in the store AND no food in the store. How does that even make sense? I can understand being short-staffed, but how are you a whole restaurant with ZERO food? She acted like the workers bring the ingredients from home or something.

Meanwhile she’s standing behind the counter with a headset on, pretending she’s working, but clearly not doing a thing. If there’s “no food,” why are you even there? Why not just say you didn’t feel like making the order instead of giving me some nonsense excuse?

On top of that, her attitude was nasty and unprofessional from the jump.
Do better. This location is a joke.

Was clear when i ordered my food everything fresh. Proceed to give me COLD FOOD! salted fries after expressing the need for no salt... when i checked order to find out it was wrong worker acted like it was a issue .. well read your tickets... AND WHY MUST SOMEONE ASK FOR HOTT FOOD! WHY CAN YOU SERVE PEOPLE COLD FOOD... always a issue from this place. The inside was uncleaned as always workers not changing there gloves after touching surfaces or there face and other things absolutely disgusting

It was on point today. Food was hot, drive thru was clear.. staff was nice, and ran through with ease. Was able to feed 4 with 14 bucks.

Make sure you pronounce your combo meal 100% correctly or they will over charge you more than it would cost individually ordering larger items one by one.
Then check and see what they shorted you, for me it was a fry and 2 drinks. I paid almost $12 each for their $7 meals when they knew exactly what I was talking about and proceeded to mouth off to me and tell me they knew what I was talking about but didn't care.
I guess that's how they feel about single parents trying to feed their kids.

I would like to commend the service I received from a young man named Daune during my recent visit. His assistance and recommendations were exceptional, and his positive demeanor contributed greatly to my experience.

However, I did have some concerns regarding the food quality. Unfortunately, my meal was overwhelming due to an excessive amount of pickles. Additionally, I found the condition of the restrooms to be unsatisfactory, as they had an unpleasant odor that detracted from my overall dining experience. These issues significantly impacted my appetite.

This Burger King should be crowned the worst restaurant in the country. It’s been literal *years* since I’ve had a good experience here. Every few months I have a craving and I think maybe things have improved. Nope. Never. The person talking about it taking 30 minutes to get your food isn’t exaggerating. It seriously takes that long. Honestly, if it’s only 30 minutes you got lucky. As you can see in the pic, the order was supposed to be ready at 5:54. My husband sent that screenshot at 6:32 while he was sitting in line. Actually, now it’s 6:36 and he’s still in line.

I truly can’t remember the last time I had fries that weren’t a nasty, soggy mess that taste like pure oil. I’m an idiot and ordered some this time too. Husband says they’re waiting on fresh fries. There’s a 1% chance I end up with fresh fries. Shut this place down.
