25 minutes in the drive thru for them to get through 4 cars to find out they punched in the wrong order, no napkins or straw, and cold food. Couldn't even leave "early" due to the drive thru lane being narrow with very high curbs. If this was a one-off I would not leave a review, but this isn't the first time this has happened recently with this location.

Ordered $40 of Doordash and they deliver a bag with the correct receipt on it and a completely different order. They told us to call Doordash. Doordash did not mess it up. Drive to the store to be lied to by them about it being redelivered. They took our money, kept the wrong food and delivered nothing. Beware. Very incompetent.

Paid 15.36 for 2 breakfast sandwiches 2 French toast and 2 orange juice they forget a sandwich give me no receipt and than refuse to give me refund. Will not be coming back! THIEVES!!!!!

I would like to report a manager ter I believe her name starts with t ishe is very rude and constantly on her phone everytime I come in and order its a 30 min wait she doesn't help out the other employees she calls them names to the other guest this isn't the first time this has happened, my sandwich was made wrong and she yelled at an employee I don't think this is the job for her and she look slow anyway

I stood at counter for at least 5 mins before an employee was even acknowledging that I was there. I was the only customer. I watched as they literally took there time completing my customers order. This restaurant should be taken off of doordash and maybe have some grown ups working this restaurant because the teenagers are failing.
We ordered 2 Whopper meals and 2 Hershey pies. When we got home we realized that our Hershey pies weren't among the items that we purchased. We'll, I literally just got off the phone with them. I don't write reviews, but I had to make an exception in this case.I call. A lady answers and I ask if she is a manager. She says yes (never got her name). I explained the situation to her. That we had purchased 2 whopper meals and 2 Hershey pies and that the 2 Hershey pies were not among the items we have. That we still have the receipt and if I was able to come back and retrieve the 2 missing items.Can you guess what happened next?The lady hung up on me!!??I called back and my mumber was blocked ? ?I didn't realize that BURGER KING ON PHILLIPS AVE was this GHETTO!?1st mess my order up by not giving me 2 of the things I ordered. Then stealing my money by not offering at the very LEAST to return my money... but, the AUDACITY to just simply hang up on me. Not 1x time offering an apology or a way to rectify the situation... AND THEN BLOCKING ? my number so that I'm unable to call and speak to anyone else about it...Wow... keep doing great things Toldeo ??
