Hands down best BK ever!!! Very efficient with orders , and everyone i come encounter with is so nice and friendly. Special shout-out to two amazing strong women who run the front at all times when I show up , I did catch one name vida and I was not able to catch the other GM name that is always so.kind to me . But shout-out to you ladies and the crews you run you guys are amazing . Keep up the great work !!!

I had a coupon where two small coffees was involved. Instead of a coffee I asked, can I please have a small drink. I go to that Burger King all the time. Never had an issue substituting a small coffee for a small drink with any Burger King. Whoever was the manager today, October 9 at 9:50 AM should be fired. To be that mean an argumentative over a small cup is ridiculous. I was left without a drink and unsatisfied. I thought Burger King was having it your way

I waited in the drive through line for a mobile order, pickup time said 7:54, I received my order at 8:28. I can understand slow order times but 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me is a bit much

Tale of two BurgerKings in the same restaurant. This morning, my food was hot the staff was pleasant and speed was good. Tonight, I ordered at 9:30!online got there at 9:35 waited almost 15 minutes (but of course it didn’t count because she moved me when I was the only one at drive thru to clear the counter). The worst part is that when I get the food my bag rips as I take it from her and sit it on my seat so the fries and onion rings spill all over (because instead of using a large bag or two med bags she stuffs it in a med bag). Then to make matters worse everything besides the mozzarella fries were ice cold. I’m going to assume she was by herself so I could have accepted the slow service but everything being ice cold…no way.

They're training new people so if you get your food please make sure you have everything before you leave I ordered food and waited almost 40 minutes for it to arrive through doordash and the driver had nothing to do with the time the food was cold and the drinks were spilled because burger king placed them in a bag and the bag was torn and I was missing half of my order definitely don't recommend this place and the 🍟 were spilled in the bag the manager was very rude to me when I called
