Don't leave the drive thru with out checking your order they suck at accuracy people shouldn't have to do that it's a lack of pride in your job .

We ordered two whopper jrs. with cheese and a chicken sandwich, no mayo add cheese. We received two chicken sandwiches with mayo and cheese and one whopper jr. After requesting the correct order, we received two whopper jrs without cheese and mayo and a chicken sandwich, no mayo AND no cheese (that was paid for).

going back down hill after such a nice remodel is sad. Some shifts are efficient and some aren’t. I can tell which managers is working based on service. I’m tired of the hit or miss!

If had the option of zero stars I would give this Burger King. Absolutely zero stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES THERE BAGGING / MAKING THE FOOD AND ALSO MY FOOD THE FOOD ME AND MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER HAS TO EAT WAS SITTING NEXT TO THE SANITATION BAG LIKE WHO WANTS TO EAT SOMETHING THATS EXPOSED TO CHEMICALS LIKE COME ON BURGER KING AND THE LADY HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THAT I DIDN’T HAVE COMMON SENSE BECAUSE I WAS SUPOSE TO RETURN THE FOOD IF I WANTED A REFUND ( isn’t it common sense to not PUT FOOD NEXT TO CHEMICALS ) THE MANAGER WAS ACTING LIKE A HUGE CHILD HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER AND SHOULD BE FIRED ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE AND THE WORST PARK IS I DIDN’T RECEIVE A REFUND SO I WILL BE THERE SPEAKING TO A GENERAL MANAGER OR BURGER KING CAN REACH OUT TO ME BECAUSE HAVING EMPLOYEES HANDLE FOOD AND CHEMICALS IS A #1 FOOD SAFETY HAZARD

This place has drastically improved over the past year or so. I live in the neighborhood right across Byrne from the restaurant, so I'm a very frequent customer.
The food is always fresh and high quality. The new managers give great customer service and seem to illicit the same from their team.
This place used to have a terrible reputation. They've definitely turned it around.

The employees here are always nice and personable. Even when they were short staffed they communicated that there was going to be a wait and thanked me for my patience and my business. The food was hot and fresh. I would definitely come back to this location!

This is the only fast food in Toledo where the employees are always nice and polite. Would love to see the wait times improve but I know they are more than likely understaffed and trying their best. The fact that our food is always hot and accurate to our order makes the wait time not feel so burdensome.
Worst Burger King ever!!!!! Do NOT go to this one. Sat at the drive through speaker for 20 minutes. Cars out to the street. I pull up to the window, and the the girl said "the lobby was busy." I said I'd like to order then. She said "can't order at the window; pull around." Cars were out to the street. People don't have 2 hours for a lunch break. Slowest service ever. Avoid!!!!! ?♂️??

Food ìs still good, however the drive-thru is only serving one car at a time. This makes it exasperating slow. If Bob Bennett were still alive, he would be screaming! They will never experience a $1200 lunch rush like we used to do every day.

Updated review:Decided to get some breakfast because I had coupons. So glad I did. New management I believe and very friendly and had great speed with order with everything accurately. Christina a manager was awesome. Good job. Will visit again.

I went through the drive-thru and had some chicken nuggets, a medium fry and a large Coca-Cola. The chicken nuggets were cooked perfectly. Absolutely delicious.
