Very rude staff. We came through the drive and the young man at the intercom had a very light voice. You could not hear him. We stated that multiple times. A lady by the name Yolanda comes on yelling at us because we could not hear the young man. We pulled off because with that attitude I do not want them servicing me or my family. I called to speak with the general manager Amanda who was very argumentative. I asked for the young lady name so that I can call corporate to make a complaint and the fact that the manager is okay with her staff yelling and running paying customers away says a lot about this location. Very very unprofessional.

Waited over 30 minutes for a pickup order I placed. Sat in line for 20 then they parked me for another 10plus minutes. All the frys were cold and my chicken sandwich was so old I couldn't even eat it.
Absolutely ridiculous how horrible the service and wait time is here I can’t even begin to explain it. Based off the other reviews I’m definitely not the only one who’s had the same exact issues. You might as well avoid this Burger King all together it’s not worth it. Just horrible.

Good food, good service, good prices, definitely recommend the App to use. Double check your order always to make sure that you got what you ordered.Parking: Near busy intersection, be cautious when going into and exiting.
We go to this restaurant only because it's close to our house and nit alot of other options but today was it. We pull up waited a few minutes the lady started taking our order . (No one else in dt ) my wife had to repeat acouple times. Then the lady started yelling at someone and said just a min. After a few minutes we just left. Very unprofessional

Wait time for the drive thru is always at least 40 minutes and the.food is mediocre at best.Employees are always either standing outside taking a smoke break or standing around inside. No.apologies for your wait time they just shove your food out the window to you.Place needs to be closed down.
