First off, there was nobody at the store. I pull up to the drive-thru and nobody greets me, nobody says a word. So I say “hello” just to get some type of acknowledgment, and all I get is, “Can you give me a second?”
If you needed a second, you should’ve said that from the beginning — not after leaving a customer hanging. Then you make me wait almost 10 minutes, and don’t even bother coming back. Not a “sorry for the wait,” not a “hold on,” nothing.
This is supposed to be fast food, but there’s zero urgency, zero communication, and clearly zero professionalism. And before anyone makes excuses — there was NO ONE in the drive-thru and NO ONE inside. The whole store was empty. So what exactly are y’all doing besides not working?
It’s lazy, messy, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If this is how Burger King runs its stores now, it’s no wonder the quality keeps dropping. Do your job.

Ordered Burger King through door dash from this location. Had no issues any other time but this time both my husbands burger and chicken sandwich were missing, he was given half a milkshake, my chicken sandwich had mayo and lettuce on it when I checked the boxes to have it taken off, and I didn’t receive any of the zesty sauces I ordered and I ordered at least 3.

Ordered 2 # 7 meals which is chicken sandwich Got home 1 chicken sandwich one fish Came back had to wait 20 minutes for bad attitudes because we paid $30 and wanted our order correct! What is this world coming to when you can't get what you paid for!! Never going to this location again! Train your people!!

No hamburgers when I went to pick up my order. I also got 2 of the regular chicken sandwiches won't ever get those again
worst location i’ve ever been to, they take literally 10 minutes on every car in the drive thru. so expect to spend 30+ minutes just for them to mess up your food. i wish this location wasn’t closest to me

Went there tonight and waited 25 minutes for our food in line. When we finally got our food home. We were shorted our 8 PC chicken fry. Ordered a whopper with no tomatoes add cheese. Of course I had tomatoes on it and no cheese when I received it. On our original chicken sandwich we added cheese to it and it did not have any on it. Pretty bad experience tonight. I understand mistakes happen however all 3 of our meals were messed up or we did not receive the food for it.
