I love Burger King but the black lady with all that makeup on was very very rude and didn’t take my order for 10 minutes was talking and joking around I’ll never come here again

This time the food was awful. The onion rings were burnt. The dinning area wasn't spotless clean but it wasn't filthy either. I go to this location quite often and I usually don't have any issues but this time something was very off. I don't know what it was exactly but they didn't make the food as they normally made it. As I said the onion rings were burnt the soda was probably the best thing I had from there this time. This makes me sad cause I really liked to go there and I get grossed out extremely easy and I think with that said I'm not gonna be going back there for some time 😔

My way my boo-tay!!!! I ordered these sandwiches from the app and it had an offer to BOGO original chicken sandwiches. I added tomatoes and onions to both and didn’t receive any on either sandwich. Why advertise “Have it your way” if you don’t pay attention to how I want it????? This isn’t even worth calling the restaurant and complaining to get new sandwiches made so they can throw away the old ones, plus they were bought with a discount…. Hey is that why I didn’t get what I ordered?!?!? All I know is that it’s better to complain to corporate in public than to talk to a manager that obviously doesn’t care about the service they give! Get your act together BK and at least stand for your OWN SLOGAN!!! Geessshhh SMH🙂↔️

I would describe this as "slow food." Mediocre at best. It smells good at least but it takes 30 minutes for a sandwich and drink. They seem to only care about getting drive-thru orders out and the dine-in and carry-out orders suffer.

Really disappointed with the poor attitude of the manager in the a.m. here. Rude, short and prejudice. Not a place I would go back to fearing something extra put in my food I didn't order. McDonald's is next door so I go there instead now on my way to work. What a difference kindness makes everything. Dining area is always closed in the a.m. also. That is every single a.m. their dining room area is CLOSED. Again McDonald's is next door and they have a very clean nice dining area to sit and eat your food in.

This place needs to be shut down already. Waited in line for 23 minutes to receive the wrong order. Staff lacks professionalism, any word relating to speed, or efficiency. I've looked back through some of the other comments trying to see if it's been just me or not. And it hasn't. Now BK go ahead and do your little professional response here but know that everybody knows it means jack because for how long complaints have been going on in the store still has not been corrected nobody believes you anymore.

So disappointed. They open at 600a.m. and we should all assume coffees going to be a big seller and should be made before sweet and unsweetened tea are made. I don't know why this is a problem but I don't dare say anything at the window. Hope they change things soon. Thanks for listening.:)

I love Burger King but when I decide to have a regular Coke they have been giving diet Coke instead. I have told them in the past but still all I get through the dive thru is diet Coke when I order regular at this location. I like the employees but something is wrong with their dispensers.
