I really like their New melt sandwiches Love their havsies And their Cheesy Tots I have no complaints about their other burgers Love love The Fresh grilled flavor I would recommend Everybody try the Melts .

Waited at the drive thru for a very long time. Ordered 2 Whopper Melts. (1) buns were not toasted.(2) one of them had the butt, or heel, one one side of the sandwich. (3) very poorly wrapped and put in the bag bad enough that one fell out of the wrapper.(4) very skimpy on bacon. Meat looked like it would be on a small burger. Sent 2 emails, with no response. Today I called Bennet Management and got a recordingLeft my phone number and name, and the location of the Burger King at Hill and Reynolds. Again, no response.

Super friendly here so unexpected based on visiting other fast food restaurants in the area. Not sure how they do it but these employees at least make it seem like they care and take pride in a job well done.
1 Star for customer service and their Manager I spoke to todayRegardless of today they seem to always make my order wrong and I have to have someone pick it up for me when they remake it which also regards to today as I make this reviewI didn't give a rating for food because there are so many different types of food.

This is the slowest “fast food” restaurant in the whole city. I never get quick service here, but it’s progressively getting worse. I waited 10 minutes behind someone today, to hear them take their $40 order and then tell me that they are doing “DoorDash only”. I asked did they not just take the person in front of me’s order? No response. Asked again and they snapped at me saying they are DoorDash only. So I proceeded to ask again why they took the person in front of me but not me. 30 seconds of silence and then they screamed to “GO AHEAD.” I said no thank you and left, because I’d rather be hungry than eat food that’s been spit on. Never friendly, never quick. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

This is a great burger king! The food is always fresh, they pay attention to my request and I no longer visit mcdonalds across the street due to the consistency of this place. The big fish is also way better then the filet o fish.
