I just had the worst experience. The guy taking my order had such an attitude when I told him I was a reward code. First he tried charging me for an extra meal and I told him I only wanted one meal. I told him that it was okay and to not worry about putting my rewards in and that I would just use it next time. He then raises his voice with an attitude and goes on to say how he was to completely redo my order and tell the guys in the kitchen what’s going on. He then wouldn’t give me back my $20 (window was shut) so I had to honk and I had had enough. I took my $20 and went to the next window to let them know I was cancelling my order. I told the man at the next window what happened and he said “well that’s what he was trying to do. He was trying to put your rewards in”. I said he needed to change his attitude and I left.
I have worked at many restaurants and I completely understand if someone is having a bad day. But there is no reason for a worker to be that rude and unapologetic towards a customer. I was being nice the whole time trying to understand what was happening.
Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this Burger King. I used to love it and the employees, but this just completely ruined my experience.

Nicest employees! They made my best friends and I’s day with fresh food and even asked us for crowns! Of all the times we’ve been to fast food joints, Burger King was great. The gentleman giving us our food deserves a raise!

I go here because it's right by my house.i ordered online the other day to pick up figured it would be quicker then waiting in drive thru.i get inside waiting behind someone for a long minute.then when my turn is up the cashier says oh you will have to wait I need to do other orders.mskes me wait there while she helps make other orders for at least 15 minutes till another person finally asked if I'd been helped.im sorry this is not how you treat customers.then the food I get isn't fresh in anyway you can tell it has been sitting there.just all all not a good experience.

Normally, good service at this location, and you do not have to look at a screen to put in your order a real person does it for you. Nice to see that not all places have replaced their workers with machines.

Got a whooper Jr combo...the person. In front of me left cause the drive thru line was having an issue. I pulled up to pay and explained what had happened. The manager came over to help the gentleman. She hands me,$.60 and says he overcharged me. I responded with, "I have not paid yet?" But told me to pull ahead. The next window handed me a drink, and I told her I did not pay yet, but she handed my food and said, "Don't worry about it, and to have a great day! So they paid me $.60 to get a #5 combo! Okay, then!

It’s very hard to get good food and good service at any fast food restaurant anymore. But I can say without a doubt this BK location is always amazing! Food is hot and fresh (never old or stale) and workers are very nice. Keep up the great work!
